I was so sick of waiting for my NOA2 and I finally took a friend's advice and called them up. I got through to a person and found that I've been tracking the wrong case number!! That's what I get for trusting what I thought I read on the back of my check...I had one number wrong. She was really nice and once she realized I had given her the wrong case number she asked for my name and my fiance's name then put me on hold...she came back and told me that our petition had been approved TODAY!!! I'm now sitting at my desk at work trying really hard not to break down into tears!! I logged into the USCIS website and changed the receipt number that I'm tracking and the correct one shows a touch today, but no status change...so everyone who is getting touches, keep up hope!!! :star::dancing::dance::dancing::star:

7/28/2008 Petition Arrived to NVC - Got my new case number!

7/30/2008 NVC shipped petition to MEXICO!! Getting closer and closer!

9/08/2008 Medical Date- went well :) He stood in line since 5:30 Am. He finished at 11:15 AM - ish

May 27th, 2008 -- Damian moves to America!

July 23rd - 30th, 2008 -- Damian's Mum Comes to the US for our wedding.

July 25th, 2008 -- Wedding Day!

March 16th, 2009 -- AOS Sent

May 8th, 2009 -- EAD & AP Approved (51days)

July 14th, 2009 -- AOS Approved!! (118days)

July 21st, 2009 -- Green Card Received (125days)

No RFEs the whole process :) All done myself.

December 4th - 30th, 2009 -- Visited England

April 8th - 30th, 2010 -- Damian's Brother visits us here in PA.

January 19th, 2010 -- Damian got his PA license.

December 10th - 19th, 2010 -- Visited England

September 16th - 30th, 2011 -- Damian's Parents came to visit us here in PA.

June 1st, 2011 -- Mailed ROC to Vermont.

February 21st, 2012 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

April 14th, 2012 -- N-400 Sent to Dallas Lockbox

November 26th, 2012 – Damian Became a US Citizen!!!

What number did u call them on by the way because loads of ppl just say it goes through to an automated response. Would be good to now for the future :thumbs:

I called the regular customer service number and went through the steps for an RFE. Probably not the best idea because it could piss them off if it's used too much...it worked out in my favor since I was tracking the wrong number, it really did seem like something was wrong with my account. I definitely wouldn't recommend calling them on a regular basis until you're past the processing dates...today is exactly five months for me and I only called once.
