ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHERE CAN I BUY A FIANCE VISA KIT.

BECAUSE THE ONE I BOUGHT BEFORE WILL EXPIRE SOON. i WANNA KNOW WHERE CAN I GET A CHEAP ONE..???

04/01/11: passed actual Driving test!

04/08/11 Wedding Day

04/28/11: AOS packet sent USPS

04/29/20: AOS received by J.C (Chicago)

05/04/11: Tx message from USCIS that application rec'v

05/04/11: check cashed $1,070 whew!

05/23/11: Biometrics Appt @ 2pm

06/07/11: USCIS text notification

07/09/11: Interview/ AOS Approved!/ Card production tx notice

What expired?

The only thing that i can think of that could possibly expire is the forms and they are available free of charge on the USCIS or Department of State websites. They are also available on a host of other places as well.

There is no need for a kit, its easily done on your own, unless you have a REALLY complicated case, and even then i wouldnt use a DIY kit, id see a lawyer.

Perhaps I am not understanding your wording but all you need can be obtained here or on the USCIS website for free. If you are paying someone for this info (outside of an attorney) then me-thinks you are being scammed. If you cannot afford the free forms then I suggest you think twice about this journey because it is not cheap.

Can you explain how a "Visa Kit" can "expire"?

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

ME MYSELF DONT KNOW WHAT I'M ASKING. KINDA KNEW HERE AND LOST!!! (CONFUSED TOO!)

BUT FOR SURE I ORDERED THIS ONLINE 9LAST YR) AND IT SAYS ITS A DO-IT-YOURSELF IMMIGRATION K-1 VISA KIT. IT INCLUDES THE INSTRUCTION FOR FORM I-129F( AND THE FORM ITSELF), G-325A(BIOGRAPHIC INFO) , I-134, INSTRUCTON FOR AND I-485 AND I-693.

AND IT INCLUDES A BOOKLET TO PROVIDE INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SUBJ MATTER COVERED.

I DIDN;T KNOW I GET THOSE FOR FREE. IS THAT RIGHT?..

There are many here who will be glad to help you through this process. Might I suggest the following:

1) Grow thick skin.

2) Search the forums first for info.

3) Do not be afraid to ask a question even if you think it is a dumb one.
