May 18, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, Welcome Notice Sent! Finally!!!
April 22, 2007 : E-mail rcvd, GC has been ordered
April 24, 2007 : Welcome Notice Rvcd. Yeeehaaa!!!!
June 1, 2007: GC arrived! Yippy! USCIS Free for 2 years!
2008: Moved to China
2009: Conditional GC Expired and Husband has been having affairs since 2008 in China. Can't file for ROC since he got laid off. He came to Jakarta to live with me and my parents. He got a new job. Life resume to normal or so I thought.
March 2010: Officially separated after yet more affairs exposed just a day after my birthday!

February 2011: Officially divorced.
June 18, 2011: He married the girl he had the last affair with.

August 2014: I am engaged with my real soulmate. Not an American.

So now that the case has been approved can I do the I-134? I don't need to wait any longer, do I? Let me know guys, thanks! I mean the I-134 plus everything else I need to send (evidence) such as photos, phone bills, emails, plane tickets, receipts, passport stamps.....

o.k. this is what I'm doing, since I'm going to Algeria and my NOA2 should be coming up... I got a copy of the cover letter for packet 3, so I know what documents Yacine has to gather. He has gathered all the info he needs to obtain these documents, but he's not going to do it until after our case has cleared NVC, because the Algerian consulate told him they only have 3 month validity.

Right Now i'm preparing the I-134 : last 3 years tax forms for me and my joint sponsor, proof that my joint sponsor owns a home and the value of it, and bank statements from myself and the joint sponsor.

I've also already prepared the DS-230 papers, and there is another one you have to fill out if your husband is between 18 and 45 or something like that, check the consulate website for more details..

and.. gathering evidence, and updating my fiancé letter of intent.

Thanks....I don't mean to be a downer on your good news, but this process is driving me nuts. I keep checking the site to see if our status changes instead of going to bed. I actually emailed a copy to my fiance in the UK, he's been really down so hopefully it will brighten his day when he wakes up tomorrow. I wish you all the best....good night! :)
