it sucks and its not right. to be rewarded for breaking the law is not right. i say we let everyone out of jail who commited a crime and just forget they commited a crime like they forget illigal immigration is a crime. if it works for illegals then it sould work for the citizens locked up too.

The problem is that all the candidates are for amnesty (AGAIN), my guess is they will try everything they can to get legalization for those here illegally....

04/02/07: Notice of biometrics appointment

Done with USCIS until 2009!

I am pro-immigration!

I remembered the raid in New Bedford, MA. Yes, it's their fault for being here illegally. However, mistreating them when they were detained is unforgivable. Treating them as animals, worse than regular prisoners who murdered people. There's a documentary film called Detained that gives the audience a chance to grasp the horror in being detained by ICE.

I don't think the immigration issue will be resolved no matter who wins the White House.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

nope it won't. bush already tried to give them all amnesty & it was blocked by congress....the true voice of the people on the issue, not the voice of big business

I understand why they come here illegally .......... but..........i dont like it.....i was born in Guatemala.....my parents brought me here legally......yup i know a lot will disagree with me but.......those of us that have worked hard to be usa citizens the right way it does not sit well with us when something is given to people that come here the wrong way.......
