Have Meez.com Animated Avatars Become Too Trendy?

    • Yes, it's really obnoxious. If I had wanted to see what everyone looked like, I'd ask for photos. Besides, these avatars slow down how fast the pages load!

I just got my meez and think it's funny. I find them no more annoying than pictures with flowers and baby timelines and moving flaggies or mini-digital-scrapbookies or the like. To each its own I guess.

I take credit for this trend. :P Lisa and GEG had them for awhile, then I started making them in a thread and like 10 people got them. And then everyone had one. I whole heartedly apologize for any role I may have had here.

i started noticing that the meez avatars were popping up everywhere i looked....lol....they're cute...but there is something about them that is a little annoying...i think it's the repetition of the movement...haha...i feel like they're trapped :hehe: ...they're cute though..

I can't stand the really creepy ones that people make in order to create a couple within one Meez. Since only one character moves, the non-animated character looks either like a corpse, mannequin or sex doll. :wacko: I'll stick with my real but goofy photo! :lol:

i think they are kinda cute. there is one tho that kinda makes me think "what the heck". i think it is nessa's. the girl is laying on a beach chair moving around.
