You could start calling NVC now. It's possible that they already received it.

No, you will not see that on the USCIS website. If you want to find out when they shipped your case to NVC, try calling them using the RFE trick and ask. They should be able to tell you.

Good luck.

Check my always up to date List of I-129F filers waiting for NOA2s. Now with some statistics. The data is from the VJ.com timelines.

Ours was approved 31 Jan but not updated on the USCIS system until 2 Feb and it has been received by NVC.

Yes the beneficiary has some control now!! :P Call NVC and ask them. Takes a while to get through sometimes. I think you might find they have received it as CSC seem to send petitions out in batches. Good luck! :)

No sign of it yet :( The woman said it could take 90 days.

I'm hoping that was a cunning ruse to stop me calling everyday.

The early(ish) noa2 spoiled me. Now I want everything to happen now now NOW!!!

(can you imagine how annoying that is for my SO?)

Try again tomorrow. It will arrive there within the next week or so if it hasn't already. I think CSC must send out weekly consignments because there was a flurry of NVC action just over a week ago then nothing until yesterday.

Don't feel spoiled. The situation with CSC is so messed up that it seems there is a 3 month window for approvals from each filing month to get approved. Some are fortunate, others not so - but we are all in it together and wanting the same result. :)

Thought I would let you all know that I just called NVC and they had received our case earlier today. It is funny because I never once called CSC during the 5 months our case was there, but someone my curiousity won me over quickly this tiem. Anyways, I thought the news woudl give hope to other filers!

Anyone know if you can track the case now that it is at NVC but before it goes to DHL? What is the best way to know that it has left NVC (without having to call every day!)

I know. I even have Packet 3 all ready to go. Just need to check through to make sure nothing has changed since the details posted on here and I can return it the same day.

It's weird. I feel pretty confident we're home and dry now but I do get the odd moment where I have to remind myself that nothing is guaranteed. I refused to make any plans whatsoever before the NOA2 arrived but since then I have started to get excited about a possible departure schedule and have even started to sort out some wedding plans. I can't believe how fast everything is going now. It's very exciting. I hope we all get through this part smoothly :)
