I've been reading how the 'allegation' of the candidate being a Muslim is being used against him. It reminds me a bit of the 'furor' over Kennedy being catholic.

I thought I'd start this poll to see if the issue really matters to most people.

The poll is multiple choice.

you're a pro at this multiple choice thing arent ya :P

thats how i used to answer multiple choice questions in school - "i'm never gonna need to know what an isosceles triangle is, so who cares!"

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

Either way, I doubt if he is any kind of spiritual warrior.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I like him for some of his postions, not his religion.

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

Why would I doubt someone if they say they're christian, or muslim, or whatever. It doesn't matter either way as long as they agree with me on every other issue imaginable. Which no one does, it's hard work being perfect. ;)

rebecca, where's the option for it only concerns me if they are religious, for those of us who dont vote for the simple minded.

I was pretty sure, as I tried to create the poll, that I would miss some other choices.

If someone has something else to say, I guess we just put it in the thread?

the religion of a canidate ....has no effect and unless they allow their beliefs to reflect policy

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
