I, Nicholas ****, met Juliet *** through a mutual friend of ours who lives in Uganda. I had previous plans of going to Uganda in August 2014 to help assist teaching children English and math at Kampala Children’s Center located in Wakiso. I had disclosed this information to my friend, Joseph ****in May2014. At this time Joseph told me of his friend Juliet *** who was single and thought that we would make a great couple.

I began talking to Juliet on a regular basis as soon as he introduced us over the telephone. Juliet and I had much to talk about and shared many common interests. As time passed and we got to know each other more we fell in love. We were both looking forward to meeting in August.

In August just a few days after arriving in Uganda, Joseph set up a meeting at Kampala Serena Hotel for Juliet and I to meet each other. From the moment we met we knew we'd be together forever. The entire month of August after our initial meeting we spent as much time together as our schedules allowed. Towards the end of my trip I went to her home village in Lira Uganda and met her family. It was at that time that I proposed to her and we became engaged.

However, if it makes you feel better, by all means include it.

It's unneccasary. By all means if that's how long you want it that's fine but it's extra stuff for them to read that isn't needed.

It does establish what they're asking for, but I really don't think you need all the lead-up info. Tho as others said, if you want to send exactly that, it is grammatically correct, and does answer the question. We wrote up something similar, and it didn't cause any problems. Just do be sure to sign and date it once you print it out. And label it clearly at the top!

Sounds like a short romance novel...which is OK,

but I think simple factual statement is all you need...

I think all they want to know is when, how, where...

and in the relationship evidence documents,

you can share your emails, chat logs, phone call history, etc. with more "loving" details...but not here...
