Photos are secondary evidence, and not primary evidence. If you include only one type of secondary evidence, they will request more evidence. They are likely requesting primary evidence of the visit. For example entry and exit stamps in her passport from that trip.

Any documents that show she lived there for 10 months....mail with her name and address, receipts of any kind, etc. Photos are not enough.

Thank you folks for quick reply when she was here I didn't keep her mail record I have only one mail receipt left from her mother but it was on my name not her I can submit that alone with her entry and exit stamps.

Yes entry and exit stamps will definitely help. Send whatever you can come up with. It's good they are inquiring. At least someone is working on your case! Good Luck!

something that came in your name is not going to help, it would need to be in her name. The passport stamps, with the biopage will help. Its considered primary evidence of having been in country during that time frame. Dated airline ticket receipts with her name, any other dated receipts showing her name will help too.

What about ATM withdrawals? I just came back from 6 months in Nigeria and can show my monthly bank statements of withdrawals.

Hotel receipts wirh both our names for when I arrived when we went to Lagos for interview and when I left.

Think of any receipt that shows you both in the same place at the same time in addition to the passport entry/exit stamps.

anytime i fly i have the confirmaiton of paying for the ticket and the itinerary sent to my email

i always have that as proof of where i was

I used credit card statements of spending as evidence, including receipts of items purchased at the airports.

Dear folks what about affidavit from my neighbors they're were eye witness of seeing us together during my wife stay with me? Will that gonna workout? Also My wife still looking for bank statements For ATM withdrawals she had many accounts before some of them are she closed few years ago so we're not sure yet which one we used to withdraw money from but she is still working on that evidence hopefully by tomorrow we'll come up with some more evidences let's see what next we have find out.ones agian thank you everybody's really much appreciate your support.

Include any evidence which proves she lived with you. For example, her phone bills, bills of anything in his/her name, timeline photos, any educational documents, any receipts, any ceremonies he/she attended, passport stamps, boarding passes etc.

Hope you will get ur visa soon InshAllah.i am stuck in AP past 10 years..going thru similar scenarios as yours.. submitted my 3rd med and ds260 with photos about 6 months ago but still in AP plus they mentioned that they will be calling me in for electronic signature but never heard back so far ...kindly shed some light on my situation?
