We put an offer out for this home yesterday and it seems the sellers are considering it. We have a verbal counter offer and shot back a compromise to them. It's a real nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Hope it all works out. This is a great time to be a buyer! Hope to have it all wrapped up for Christmas.

It's a 3 bed / 2 bath w/ formal LR and DR as well as Great Room (12' ceilings) and a breakfast nook looking out towards the conservation area in the back. It's 1,760 heated sqft on appr. 1/3 acre backing up to a conservation area. It only had one set of owners since it was first built 8 years ago and those folks (an elderly couple) kept the home very well. The yard needs some work. But it's a steal at what we're talking about.

The master suite is great. It's large and has a good size sitting area near the patio door. The master bath looks something like this (the pics are from a different listing but it's the same type home and the same bath set-up):
