Well this just in. Called NVC and was tellin the lady was saga. And she said "well to be honest we have a boatload (I know she wanted to cuss) of applications and I am sure its here we just haven't got to it." Than she said, "Well I know we have people working the weekend to try and get caught up".

So a bit of light on at least my situation I hope, I am smiling a little. She said give it until mid week.

some hope there, smiling now too...smile.gif

I remember when i called USCIS they told me the same thing. But within 10 calender days it reached NVC. Keep praying n dont worry it will be in NVC in few days.

"You cannot make online payments for your case at this time. Please contact the NVC if you have questions or need further information."

I guess they are processing my AOS invoice. hopefully it will be available to pay in couple of days.

Yep! That's what happens! Hopefully you should get your AOS on Monday!

Okay got this lovely piece of news about 30 minutes ago. Yes its day 28. So much for being approved in 3 months. Saylin anyone is their someone I can call? USCIS or just sit and wait. So sad.:crying:

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) has not yet received this petition from

U.S. Citizenship Immigration Service (USCIS). Please be advised that

it can take approximately 30-45 days from the date of approval for a

petition to be forwarded to the National Visa Center for processing. So,

please allow ample time for file transfer. Once we (NVC) have received

your petition, the appropriate agent will receive further instructions.

Sincerely,

Morgan

Call USCIS, and specifically request to be connected to a Tier 2 supervisor (bypassing the contract customer reps). When connected to a Tier 2 representative, request that you want confirmation that your approved case has been physically shipped to NVC. In amenable words, request for the specific date that the package was shipped. If you are lucky, you will get someone who wold take the time to confirm this for you.

Paid IV, got Paid status, mailed packet today...7 lbs. Nope, did not front load at USCIS but did at NVC stage, just correspondence and highlighted phone records for one year mainly. Before you ask why...MENA country. Overnight USPS was going to be around $70 USD. So I forwarded Priority Mail which will get there on Monday...$24.00.

My job is done unless I get RFE. Praying everything they needed and asked for is included. I went over this packet and meticulously recorded every piece of paper.

I guess we will know in about a week. Where is a fingers cross emoticon when you need one? I also need one that pats itself on the back. I'm proud of myself! :D

Good job!

Ya Know, I get a vacant stare when I give advice and ya not take it 100 percent.

I got email before last night midnight that 3032 is accepted. and this evening I got the IV invoice. wow. The supervisor is really helpful. Single-handed solved the problem. Thanks so much for your help man, I never thought about talking to the supervisor.

Now it makes me doubt why my original 3032 in the OPTIN was ignored. but anyway no time to think about it. have to work on the 230 package.

thanks everybody.
