Well, let's see! Guy was smuggling drugs while illegally entering the USA. this guy had O% respect for any of our laws while in the commission of his crimes, but now wants our government to give him 100% respect by using our legal system to sue Border Patrol for defending our borders. I personally think they should have let Fido gnaw on him a little bit longer so he can experience a little of the same kind of pain that parents and relatives of drug addicts experience due to him and others like him that totally ignore our borders and laws on a regular basis by smuggling drugs across our borders. I might have had an inkling of sympathy for this guy if he had been some naive teen, but dude was 31 so he knows right from wrong. American tax dollars bought and paid to have that dog specially trained, so yes I am worried about my investment in border security and could care less about this idiot smuggler who has already shown that he is just here to become a parasite to our system.

Here is a post I made concerning a similar topic earlier this year and my feelings are pretty much the same. China is going to do what China wants to do regardless of public opinion. They have this nifty way of shutting down social media and other stuff when they desire a little private time to deal with internal problems.
Many say what about the prisoner's rights to refuse. I agree they should the right to refuse so there should be an incentive for them to donate their organs that would benefit them. I think the states that have capital punishment law should offer the prisoner a choice of 3 methods of execution 2 (two) of the methods being free ie; hanging or electrocution, and 1 (one) method requiring organ donation ie; lethal injection. This should be a fair method for all concerned and would also benefit the organ donation bank.

I blame affirmative action. When the people who get the highest scores on the entrance exams are cast aside for people who got lower scores, simply to fill minority quotas, the more qualified people tend to go elsewhere where the playing field is level, like it's supposed to be. I know that's what myself and a few others I know did.

Given this administration's past history of having the tendency to sugar-coat, under-estimate, volunteer the US taxpayer funds to solve every third world crisis with little or no reason other than the fact he can. I personally would like to know these answers to these questions since I pay a small portion of his and the other useless members of Congress's salary.
