  1. Parents are not visiting they live here How long is sister visiting
  2. Not sure where you married but in the UK seem to remember I walked out with the certificate.
  3. He would have been F2a just when you filed, and with a year for the I 130 would have had to be under 22 when his Priority Date became current. He is now F2b https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2025/visa-bulletin-for-may-2025.html they are currently processing cases filed in 2012 If you have or will Naturalise it only speeds things up by a few months, well currently.
  4. Will her income continue when she moves to the US How will she be addressing domicile? Joint Sponsor would be a simple solution
  5. Looks like she has it covered
  6. I think it is known. where I am sitting now there was a power station in the 1890s was built for the mining industry and then allowed consumers to connect, only operated shall we say during business hours. Actually where I used to live in the UK was sort of similar but a hydro system, there was no expectation of reliable 24/7 supply Power was generated near where it was used. The grid was developed to share and balance supply but in the min if there was a major demand you built. Power station there to supply. Easier to transport say coal than transmission lines and more reliable. Now we are using power supplies that are by their very nature intermittent and often not located near the user, and of course there needs to be way more storage and transmission which of course has not been done
  7. Rules are rules, now if you want to discuss opinions fair enough.
  8. I do not see the point of Consulate processing when he is here. often it seems that people want to stop paying for the F1 and getting an OPT job is no longer easy
  9. I have seen no end of cases going through London where there has been self harm and do not remember anyone not getting the visa.
  10. There are some interesting rumours about Mrs Starmer, seems she has had enough, MSM seem to be ignoring. And of course Harry... Turned on the local TV and there he was this morning, complaining as usual. Hey if you have an issue with you Dad speak to him, do not go on TV.
  11. Yes More are selected than are needed so keep both going.
  12. North Africa I can talk about, by the time of Kasserine Pass it was just a question of time for the Axis forces. Allied Air Power, plus the ongoing Naval campaign meant there would never be enough supplies, they should have quit before then. The one thing sort of relevant particularly to this discussion is how Generals who failed were relieved, now that was not necessarily a career death sentence, perhaps not just a good fit, certainly was for Fredendall. Back then they needed competency, now not so much.
  13. Sponsoring agency, do you mean Employer.
  14. Biden aides discussed a cognitive test but decided against it, book reveals Debate around Joe Biden’s mental acuity and his age was a critical issue during the run up to the 2024 election https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/04/biden-cognitive-test-book
  15. Police disband pro-Palestinian camp at Swarthmore College and arrest nine activists Some students were also temporarily suspended as other colleges respond with disciplinary action to protests https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/may/02/swarthmore-students-suspended-pro-palestinian-camp
  16. Not in this context. Well put it this way find a case on here who have had such an issue. Or anywhere else.
  17. 15 1/2 months is standard, I think you are confusing the enquiry with regular processing.
  18. Will Scotland be next to feel rise of Reform UK? https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckgrwwwey6xo?at_campaign=crm&at_medium=emails&at_campaign_type=owned&at_objective=conversion&at_ptr_name=salesforce&at_ptr_type=media&at_creation=[86732_NLD_NEWS_LOCALELECTIONSPECIAL_DEFGHIGET_WK18_SAT_3_MAY]-20250503-[bbcnews_scotlandnextrisereformuk_newsscotlandpolitics] The SNP had a couple of conflicting issue, supporting Islam and LGBT, well T, and the illogicality sort of spelled their demise, Labour have similar problems, the Cons are a busted flush so the field is wide open. Interesting times US is different but I am sure if there was a realistic 3rd option they would do well.
