I certainly did not check them all but just looked at how many cyber security companies there are in the Front Range, over 200. I would question your Business Model, Wheat Ridge is essentially a suburb of Denver and I always think of Fremont as Prisons, unfair but. How would you attract customers where there is such competition. When I lived in Boulder County it seemed half the people I knew were in IT, and now I am in the Boonies but Denver is not that far and easy enough for Front Range companies to cover. There are a few specialist Lawyers who offer a money back guarantee. This is subjective but it seemed for a while that anyone and everyone could go the NIW route, I think I would have had a case, seems things have returned to actually having a strong case.
  5. https://www.scottimmigration.net/content/about-us A good Lawyer, not that difficult but certainly not quick or cheap.
  6. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-21764636 A Labour MP has apologised for claiming the BBC made a "silly innuendo about the race" of the next Pontiff. David Lammy was commenting on a BBC Twitter message, which asked "will smoke be black or white?". Mr Lammy, tweeting from the Commons chamber, said the BBC message was "crass and unnecessary". He later apologised after Twitter users pointed out the role played by black and white smoke in announcing the election of a new Pope. White smoke traditionally emerges from a Vatican chimney to signify a new pontiff has been chosen. The appearance of black smoke above the Sistine Chapel means no decision has been reached, as happened on Tuesday.
  7. That is the basic procedure, I 130 will take 18 months or so and then the I 601a a few years so sooner Husband gets it going the better, she will interview in CDJ. Mind you that assumes no issues.
  8. You petitioned your Brother, Spouse and Children only become relevant when the PD is current, children can age out, wives can be divorced etc etc.
  9. Why has nothing been done? Possibly an I 130 amnd I 601a but not enough details, they need help from soneone familiar with the process, not a Notario.
  10. You could update now but no biggie can wait until the PD is current.
  11. That is what the I 864 is for.

I am in Colorado and know a lot of people in IT, for a variety of historical reasons IT is big business here. Where are the underserved areas? What is it that you are proposing that is in the National Interest? Most importantly what does your Lawyer say?
  13. LPR is Legal Permanent Resident and you would be their sponsor, seems like they may be getting on, can you afford it?
  14. Montreal is slow, timeline should be the same for the other EB categories.
  15. https://www.tpr.org/border-immigration/2025-04-19/she-grew-up-believing-she-was-a-u-s-citizen-then-she-applied-for-a-passport I have sympathy with people in this situation, short version she was brought to the US presumably as a visitor and adopted when she was a few months old, and then nothing. Some quotes from the article. A, who is now in her 40s, vulnerable to deportation to her native South Korea — a country she has never been to A was just 3 weeks old when she was brought to the West Coast from South Korea. Both can not be true, the story speaks to itself why lie? In 2022, A married a U.S. citizen — opening up a new viable pathway toward citizenship. It's promising, but A won't be able to get a green card until she has obtained adoption papers. She has a Lawyer, presumably she was not smuggled in so has valid inspection so why not just adjust. Why mention Citizenship, first step is Permanent Residency. Why would you not have someone write the article who actually knows about the subject, or at least have it fact checked?
  16. There have been many OFW working in the Gulf States.
  17. Your post is a little confusing, you make it sound like she obtained Nepali citizenship fraudulently. That could be an issue, does she have her orginal citizenship passport, is she a dual citizen, might be simple to go with that.
  18. My guess is that she will qualify, weel who knows what she will want to do by then, not anything you can do about it, diary for 2030 and see how things have moved.
  19. Two-party politics is dying in Britain. Voters want more than just Labour and Tories https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2025/apr/20/two-party-politics-is-dying-in-britain-voters-want-more-than-just-labour-and-tories Sounds familiar, years of going back and fore is no longer working.
  20. It wasn't so long back then, played a lot of Squash, altitude was a big change and a few cycle rides and tried out all the breweries, Dog was walked a lot, and a lot of House minor repairs, gardening etc etc.
