  1. You are not filing to adjust you are Consulate processing so you are now just waiting for your PD to be current
  2. Your assumptions are wrong I would be thinking nearer 2035, could be sooner . F2b is quicker than F1 currently but he can retain the PD if you naturalise
  3. It would be interesting to know how it was achieved, but not going to happen. Could be an Officer deciding it was not worth the fuss.
  4. She will need to be domiciled in the US, and it seems she has not got a US Domicile, the only thing you mention is a US Passport. I remember at a young age I was able to be added to my Mother's passport and travelled that way so it sounds logical.
  5. Glad it worked out for you, I would not want to rely on a Consulate for a favour.
  6. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/aug/09/female-andrew-tate-influencer-dating-debt-man-bills Shera advises women over the age of 25 to seek out and date older, affluent men and to actively play games to get them. This includes hiding your insecurities from potential partners and using reverse psychology to manipulate men, so you can imitate intimacy without the risk that comes with true vulnerability. For example, if you’re feeling jealous because a man you’re dating doesn’t pick up his phone, you should pretend you were calling for help with a flat tyre – but then had to get another man to step in. Once they’ve locked a man down, she argues, women should push for them to pay for all of their household bills and expenses. Men without money are “dusties” and not to be entertained. I had not heard the term Sprinkle Sprinkle before but the rest of it is as old as the hills.
  7. Yes you can, file an I 130, he needs to remain single until you naturalise. As you say a long wait.

I suppose realistically nobody will be coming looking for you.
  9. I think that is saying what I am saying and why I assume she is looking to move to Georgia. Child support is a State issue, so you need residency in that State. With a Georgia Court Order then that can be enforced in another State.

When will you be going home?

I am not sure I have seen people extend a B that long. I assume it is possible. I am not sure what the basis is of your I 290b, what have USCIS done wrong? If you had been granted an extension then the 6 months is up, where are you now what is the plan?
  12. I did not think you could add documents?
  13. Amuses me that people would donate so much to these organisations, a fool and their money I suppose.
  14. Is this Consulate processing or adjustment.
  15. F2b is 2015 Did you also incur a ban for illegal presence?
  16. That is quite interesting, I had not thought of the Insurance aspect, I think I had assumed that due to the nature of the incident it was not an Insurance issue. Seems 4 of their insurers are taking the same view, one decided to pay $1m and walk away. It was a deliberate act, intentional act, repeated by their Management. If the issue had been covered then the Punitive Damages would have been, which is unusual I thought. I can only imagine the difficulty their Broker had finding markets for their cover and the cost.. I doubt any of their then Insurers are still on board. Any Underwriter in this market is going to know about this case and it will be a long time before that goes away.
  17. Excellent
  18. Can they not complete the DS160 themselves? You could help them.
  19. To immigrate will take longer than 7 years, for those entering now it 8 years and the wait is only going up. She could try for a visitor visa but that may be a long shot.
