  1. I would like to detail the whole case.... I came on B2 Medical visa Feb 11th, 2022 for my daughter. I accompanied her as she's only 12 years of age. On August 10th, 2022 I filed 1st I-539 for myself and my daughter and hot approved. In the month of January, 2023, I filed 2nd i-539 for myself and my daughter and we got Biometric appointment in Feb 2023. However, I missed the letter and was not able to make it to the appointment date as I was unaware of that notice. Due to non appearance, me and my daughter both got separate denial letters in May and June, 2023 respectively. Then I had to file i-290b- motion to reopen i-539 for myself and my daughter and so far we only got received notice for i-290b. Now my question is am I considered overstay? As the i-539 form for which I filed i-290b was supposed to be till August 2nd, 2023 that has already passed. What should my ne t course of action be?
  2. I came with my daughter on a medical visa and so I filed i-539 to extend
  3. I filed form I-539, Application To Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status Back in January 2023 and then I got Notice of Action for February regarding Biometric appointment, However I missed that appointment as I was unaware of that notice. I received a denial notice in June after which I decided to file Form Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion .... I'm still waiting for an answer for that..... my date just expired Aug 2nd, 2023 for which I filed i290b. What course of action should I take? Or should I just wait?
