  1. Hmm I see an edit and thought you said this would be her final trip.
  2. Well the working bit is a no no, bit I will leave that aside, visiting a new Grandchild is certainly OK. A B does not require a return ticket but would be recommended. An extension, assuming things do not really change, will not be decided until well after she is home. Big downside of an extension relates to future trips but not an issue here

  4. I was a Notter, wish I could hold a tune.
  5. My concern is you are focussing on the easy fixes and there may be something more painful.

  10. Look at the instructions, I do not see any category eligible..
  11. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-912instr.pdf I do not see it.
  12. You are not specific as to what you are filing but my guess is that the forms are not eligible for a fee waiver.
  13. Is that what is called having a ####### reduction?
  14. They were on a extended holiday?
  15. There is no way I can sensibly answer that without knowing the history
  16. You are not the first to have lawyer issues
  17. Just thinking did the Lawyer do a deep dive into her Immigration past?
  18. They are probably looking to see if she has any other bans from her presence in the US.
  19. Check how your Mum filled the form in.
  20. I think I saw something earlier today, seems they are still considering which route to go.
