This is so far adrift from Humanitarian Parole it is laughable, I appreciate it is Political but even within that context the logic escapes me. For some reason I thought I read they intended to issue HP for 3 years? At the moment there is no renewal process, ask the Ukrainians.

    My suspicion is that there is no way forward on a TN, OP needs to be having a chat with the company lawyer not another forum

    To my knowledge no one has received an invitation, I have searched a few times and can find no mention on the Internet of any being issued so a bit premature.

    Plane Ticket Photo with a date on it, like a newspaper. Same sort of evidence that shows you have been together, have a valid relationship etc.

    I certainly do not profess to be an expert but I know the basics. And this one was pretty easy to spot. The odd thing is that neither the Employer or the OP had done any basic research to see if they met the requirements. I think we can safely assume a Lawyer was not involved. To answer one of the other questions are Job Titles/Qualifications massaged to meet the requirements well of course they are but there is only so far you can do that.
