  1. Thanks, and if I did the math right, it's $535 each (x2) for the 130, then $1225 for my wife's 485, and $750 for my stepson's 485 since he's filing with a parent? $3,045 total? Does that sound right?
  2. I also file, for my stepson, the 130, 131, and 485? It looks like he is included on a singular 864. Do I send them in the same packet with one filing fee? And it's a separate filing fee for the 130 and the 485? Is it doubled for the 2 of them together or just one filing fee for the pair?
  3. I'm not sure what AP is. The guide lists these: 1. I-130 2. I-130A 3. I-864 4. I-485 5. I-765 (optional) 6. I-131 (optional) 7. G-1145 (optional) Which one is "AP"?
  4. She filed for work authorization as part of her UHP application, so not needed as part of the 130. You'd think in this day and age, USCIS should be able to handle online applications.
  5. Yes, I have read the guides... multiple times. It's not really clear on spouse and stepchildren. It doesn't at all cover online versus paper.
  6. My wife and stepson entered the US, prior to meeting me, under Ukranian Humanitarian Parole (UHP) status. After they were here, we were introduced by a mutual friend, started dating and got married. Now I'm working on filing for her and my stepson's adjustment of status. I'm trying to use the USCIS online portal. I have a few questions on processes... Can I file the majority of the paperwork online? They only seem to have a "form" for the 130 and had me add the 130A as evidence. Do I also add the 485 and 864 as evidence? Or do those have to be filed physically? Do I do a separate online petition for my stepson? Then the same as question 1. Is it a separate 485 and 864 for each of them as well? Thanks in advance!
