  1. We are into November not that it makes any difference
  2. Nothing much is likely to change before the new year.
  3. Currently moving between a West Coast IPA and a Double IPA.
  4. I would change at least hourly
  5. It is a bit like applying for the DV, OK this is sort of guaranteed as long as everyone lives long enough but when you are looking at decades and it is more a Retirement option I have not seen it become an issue.
  6. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-november-2023.html It is here and early, but not a lot of change.
  7. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/oct/06/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-us-sanctions-venezuela-deportations?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other AOC very unhappy
  8. Sadly a lot of the coverage of MAGA Democrats includes non VJ friendly languages
  9. Vaguely amusing I forgot about that one. Mind you if was a L not Immigrant
  10. I can think of a few very viable reasons you would not want to trigger residency. I can only think of going through a pre inspection site like Dublin so you can back out if needed.
  11. Has take that sort of time for those who applied that many years ago. Sadly the OP was applied for more recently.
  12. We never did those, sounds fun, well I would certainly make fun of them. How could you not take the p iss?
  13. I remember they did not have a card and had not gone home as an adult, did not have a current passport. It was early this year so I assume they are still in process.
  14. They are unmarried now, that may not be the case is 10 plus years. With 5 children seems unlikely all will stay single.
  15. The age that matters is when the Priority date is current, so they will be in their 30s. Less how long the I 130 took.
  16. Well they are not even half way yet and as it seems the children are older unlikely all will be included, then you have ones that will marry etc. Certainly a good idea to have as many petitions out there as you can, good insurance.
  17. Certainly read that the OP was the one that was refused.
  18. I have seen quite a few similar cases, there was an Iranian born in Holland a few months back. All the Iran cases I have seen have taken time.
  19. My understanding is a lot of the brown coal, lignite is actually burned in Poland and electricity exported to Germany. And I am sure I saw they are recommissioning coal plants for the winter. The Natural Gas situation supply is interesting, explains the silence over recent events in Azerbaijan. Actually goes further than that. I have no idea how they will square the circle. I assume they are taking the French approach, agree to everything and do nothing of consequence.
  20. I thought your petition was F3?
