    Petitioner is for an Immigrant visa, you have no involvement in someone elses visitor visa application.

    I would expect to go to the Consulate but not sure what fees they are thinking of?

    You have to be in status to adjust other than through marriage to a USC i am wondering about the overstay on the B before you got TPS, anyway that finishes next month

    Adjustment is not an option due to your lack of status, adjustment through marriage to a USC would work.

    Seems to be about 60;000 refugees pa The last number I saw for asylum seekers was nearly a Million pa If this impacts at all it would be measured in minutes. i listen to NPR and shall we say their accuracy in such matters is suspect. We do not see many Refugee cases on VJ, I would imagine most go the asylum route.

    I 864 has been used in Divorce settlements, there is at least one Law Firm that seems to do nothing else.
