So we've been friends for years before having a romantic relationship. I am currently in the US right now as a visitor and we are also working on adjusting my status. Definitely you need to call the Fraud section at USCIS. This woman will never be able to stay in this country legally. No way Jose!! You be sure you keep that text message...But first of all, you have to be sure that she is not really back home and be sure you saw her with someone else...I am not sure if the airlines can release her name to you as a passenger, but am sure she if cleared immigration, her name was there entering the states...I have heard of cases like this before happening from the the Philippines.

Achraf I see it usually sends out within like 7-10 days. I think your done with all the security checks don't worry about it. And try later tonight and see if they assigned a case number pch1 is right and I saw a lot of posts today and other days this week that people were told to call back in 10 days to a week for a case number but thy called later in the day or next day and it was assigned ! So it's a good time that you got received at NVC cus it seems they're past their whole backlog! So happy for you! Wish me luck and send prayers my way guys ! First of all you say you are permanent resident and that means you are not a citizen yet, right? So tell us your status fill up your timeline so we know more about you what is it you are trying to do...
Second,. There are no Islamic Laws in the USA and Sharia laws does not exist here. Its all on you to provide a certified marriage licence from the UK somehow, somewhere. If the UK would certify the marriage license then am sure the US will accept it. If you are married under Islamic laws, how can you claim on a form that you are single?

Look here by country for all Police Records Requirements for USA Visa application. Print off a page stating that Yemen does not issue a PC if your not in country and take it with you to your visa interview. Most CO'S know this information but don't leave it to chance.

With the K-1, police clearance is not needed by NVC or USCIS in the States.
Police clearance is only for the embassy visa process... IF you have lived in a foreign country for 6 mos. or more from the age of 16 or older you will need to secure a police clearance from each of those countries. If you have never lived anywhere but the Philippines police clearance is not needed.
Follow the embassy instructions letter for what is required for the visa application process.

2) Do you have another copy of your DS3025 or do you remember what it looked like and does it have a tickbox selected stating ''complete"?
3) Responding to the RFE is going to require you either going to a CS and getting the full medical, or going to a CS who is willing to sign off on the vax sheet portion only. But this will depend on the exact wording, as those who have had this issue (myself included) have encountered various wording as to what they really want from you.
No. You must complete exactly what the RFE requests. So the wording of the OP's RFE is very important. A K1 is not required to have a new medical exam, correct. However numerous instances of persons being asked for a new medical regardless are happening, and quite a few are those who went through London. It can happen that the USCIS has lost the medical, finds what papers they have been given deficient, or simply the officer reviewing the case is ignorant of the rules. You will never get them to admit which is the case.

Congrats...if they NVC did not give you case number and told you to call back in a week or so...just call tomorrow and you will have both case and invoice number...

CK is different from "get my free credit report", which is a (or was) a gimmick by the credit reporting agencies themselves (Experian being the most notorious). Credit Karma is a separate company that makes money from advertising, similar to mint.com.
And increasing your debt limit does in fact improve your credit score IF your spending doesn't also go up with it (since your utilization % of available credit would go down).

I don't know about Credit Karma being a marketing gimmick.. but am sure they make money from someone but definitely not the user. I have been using CK for five years now, nothing is forced on me as a user, I decided to to use them and I think they are very reliable and helpful source of information. They will tell you where you stand as far as credit worthiness whether you have good, average of bad credit and they make recommendation on how to manage your credit and what is a good option for you they offer...this is a good start for people with not perfect credit to find out their credit score for free, credit simulation, credit report and credit cards and loans offer that might apply to you. Like I said, I have five cards I got through CK at low rate and some at 10,000 dollars limit...I would not call CK a gimmick with all what they have to offer to consumer for free...I don't think the Millions of CK member would agree with you...

Keep calling NVC with the receipt number you have which is the first thing they will ask you when they pick up the phone...the first question would be "May I have the receipt number on the notice" followed by "what is the date on the notice" which right away means they don't have not received it.
In your case, your NOA2 dated 6-25-2016 mine was 6-15-2016 and only yesterday when 7-18-2016 when I called and after giving my receipt number then was told "we received your file and to call back by the 29th for case number", well I called three hours later and got my case and invoice number...What I suggest is you wait until the end of the month and call them back ...I am sure they will have your case number by then...If not, then you should call USCIS and speak to tier 2 agent and find out where is your file being sent to.
I think you will have a case number by the end of the month...good luck

Disregard the K3 as it has become obsolete years ago.
Save the money that a lawyer would cost and use it to visit more.
YOU both know your relationship best and a lawyer would tell you the same (or probably less) than what the guide says,
you do the leg work to gather all documents and he puts a stamp on it and mails it at the tune of a couple thousand dollars
or more.
