Hi there! Use a 2 hole punch with a fastener. Sometimes called ACCO fasteners. A punch can be purchased at Office depot for $10. Also use tabs at the bottom of each section. Check the link below. It is instructions straight from the government website.
In preparing your packet, please take note of the following:
-Do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled.
-Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions. Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is appreciated.
-The use of tabs assist in locating items listed as attachments. The tabs should be placed on the bottom and not the side for ease in filing.Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.
-Avoid submitting originals unless specifically required.
-Avoid submitting oversized documentation when possible.

This has to be one of the dumbest post I have ever read. No one wants to be used for there money or for a GC. I would defend his right to happiness and I promise you I am not "soft"(my US ARMY RANGER training can prove that) Nice way to stereo type "asians" want money thats like saying Muslims are terrorist just simply not true. You have some bad apples but not all people fall into one type. Theary is Asian has never once asked me for a dime and she knows I would give her any and everything I have.I have talk with Filipino girls who have never asked for money ... Grow up you sound like a racist

I can solve all of these problems for you. First, withdraw the petition. You can do this anytime by notifying USCIS in writing. Second, send all your money to me. You'll never have to worry again about any Filipina being interested only in your money.
A personal check will be fine.

Longganisa being a sausage is more in line with spaghetti now when you put hotdogs in it, that's a Filipino twist. Hotdogs are not common to the dish. IMO.....You might be Filipino if......you have a cartful of corned beef, when its on sale.

I am an American Male, I am highly sought after in many countries, Many countries when I walk the streets I am treated like a Rock Star, Woman Want Me and Men Want to be like me, It's just the way it is.
One great thing about the Philippines is American Man have a reputation of being a good and caring husband whom take care of their wives, and we are highly sought after.
The people of Philippines are very kind and caring and friendly, and the Woman are know for making excellent and loving and caring wives, and on top of that they are gorgeous
Bottom line it make it Philippines like Heaven on Earth

This is how it should be. The much younger filipina inherits the mature man's substantial assets.
What, the ol' guy died broke as a joke? No life insurance, No house, no retirement account, no pension, no cars, no nothin'? No way!
She didn't marry a homeless beer bum.
She married a fiscal financially responsible guy, and man of means.
She gave her youth and best years of her life to a guy that takes care of her long after he's gone.
This is how WE do it.
How Fudge Report does it while looking for 2 dimes to rub together is on him.

Ha ha... who can't see this coming with such a patronizing opening. We'll be told to pity the mindless child filipina victim, incapable of independent thinking or action, slave of the first world master...
I don't think you realize that it is you declaring the Filipina as helpless and unworthy; immature, frail and stupid; she's nothing without her husband, etc. I certainly don't feel that way. Isn't it ironic that you start off lecturing about how "modern" American marriage views things as an equal partnership, but then go on to imply that obviously Filipinas are stupid and immature, "vulnerable", etc: Filipinas not qualifying as equals.
The notion of "equality" you introduced is a caste system, not a free society with equal rights. People have to be from the same education, income class, etc. to marry? Pffft. That's hardly American. The equality in America has to do with rights, not forced social classes defined by equal ages, equal incomes, equal educations, same race, etc.
I often see this logical fallacy you employed here: I have a PhD whereas my wife has only a couple years of college. Therefore I have more power in the relationship. This is always presented in an abusive light of course. She is the victim of this power. So strong education in the husband is a negative. Maturity in the husband is a negative. She is not a beneficiary of my education and my maturity. The poor girl is victimized by it! I should be stupider and more immature! I should be a pauper and have her living on the edge of starvation. Then I would not be abusing her with the power of my greater income.
No matter what argument you try to mount against consenting adults marrying, you are going to lose. Because all adults have equal rights to marry.

Whether you should do it yourself depends on your own aptitude, attitude and time availability. Timeline from filing to visa interview is not shortened by hiring a service. Whether a service will assist in filing sooner depends on the circumstances and the service.
