Her child won't automatically be a citizen upon her naturalization as the child does not live in the USA. She will still need to petition for the child either as an LPR or a USC. 

if he is only the stepfather and you are divorced, as you mentioned ex husband
 
he can't file for him anyway, he can only file for him if you were still married

What you're suggesting is illegal and sounds like a plotline from a Cheech and Chong movie.

The debt was accumulated after we got married. My wife made the stupid mistake of trusting socalled friends and relatives and got a bunch of loans to help them out and believed they would pay her back within the time they said they would but none did.
 
I advised against it but she didn't listen so her we are. She has been making payments though. She loaned more than I knew though and didn't ask because she knew I was against it. I just found out the full amount today. 
She borrowed money to help people. She has a problem with not wanting to disappoint people when the come to her for help. People take advantage. She had to learn the hard way....

Once she got her K-1 Visa her tourist visa is no longer valid, and she cannot choose which Visa to use, immigration will use her K-1 Visa.

Now that I've completely forgotten what I was yappin' bout in the other thread....

Ha ha! Nice one! I never name names but can categorically promise you it's not Darnell! I swear, this guy will only take me out to restaurants in Chinatown , and he constantly ogles the waitresses. They treat him with bemused detachment . As I stated before, it's truly a curse.

OP: Submit EAD now with the NOA1 from the I-485. While you're at it, also submit the I-131 which is for travel permission. They both are free, and you never know when he might need to travel suddenly. You won't be able to get a SSN for him until you get the EAD now. Good luck.

Now that I think about it, we did ALMOST have a hitch at the SSA office. When the woman, who was very knowledgeable about the K-1 process and over all the immigration process, was putting my husband (then fiance)'s name in, it was kicking back. After a few attempts, she realized that immigration had put his First and Middle name as JUST his first name, so it looked like this <FIRST MIDDLE> <NO MIDDLE> <LAST> in the system, versus <FIRST> <MIDDLE> <LAST>. So the correct way for his name wasn't popping into the SAVE system and wanting that verification, which she knew he was good due to having the passport and the I-94 with him (and again, she clearly had experience with this), so she just kept trying alternate combos of his name til SAVE came through with a YES.
If the person the OP dealt with, didn't want to try multiple names or to look further into it, they may have pushed in a name that wouldn't have hit, which may have been the cause for the hitch and why it was sent for verification.
May not be the case, but just an idea!
