With my experience and my badge of folks that had ILs in February, our status still showed “AT NVC” but those in EB visa category showed “IN TRANSIT” a day or two to the day ILs were received. Ours changed after ILs received not prior. Hope this helps.

I went to my GP to collect it. I phoned them and nothing, they haven’t updated those stuff on the NHS app yet. It was a one pager.

Just to update: interview : 13th March 2024 Case update: 13th Refused 2nd update 18th: Administrative Processing Last update: 19th: ISSUED

I had my cr1 via Interview at London and was given 221g. The VO said nothing is needed from me and all documents checked out but I have to undergo further administrative processing and they’ll be in touch when everything is ready. As she needs additional time to process everything. She took my passport. as a matter of fact, she had the paper 221g in front of her even before I got there with name and case number. Any ideas to ease my anxiety?

Yes it is compulsory. Depending on your GP, some on NHS app (not medical records) others, you need to phone your GP and you can get it within the day or hours.

I had my interview at the LND embassy today. The CO said everything looks good and I qualify per the documentation but additional time is required before visa can be issued. I was refused under 221g and no additional documents is required. Anyone is in or had been in this state and how long did it take them ?

Thank you very much. I got in touch with a childhood friend who is willing to help but she can only get 2023 tax transcripts because she was out of the country in 2022. Her income will be around 45k. Would that work ?

I have a bit of similar issue. My husband left his job 30th Jan and my interview is in Mid March. What do we do? We submitted pay stub as proof of employment up to Dec 2023. And some other documents.

I used my DS 260 and printed my DQ letter (but they did not use it) they only took DS 260

I would suggest we wait on registration for about 5 working days max. I haven’t bothered to even register because I read on here folks were able to register not until 3 working days min. I would suggest we register on Friday.
