Hi all, I'm super confused. I got an email from NVC saying they've received my documents but I haven't submitted a DS260? I'm quite sure I paid and submitted my DS-260. I have a confirmation page, and when I log onto the portal it says "PAID" and "COMPLETED" ... is it supposed to say something else like "SUBMITTED" ? Very confused. Hope this doesn't delay my IL 😢 Just me on application.

Yes I saw on the NVC timeframes site that the Current case file creation time has been stuck on July 19th for weeks! Luckily my case has been created.... and according to the Current case review time updates they should be reviewing my documents already.... I honestly don't mind as much when the interview is, I just want to know when so I can start to plan my life around it accordingly. The article is interesting, it seems like EB1 won't be as affected as they don't have to do PERM. Curious though.....

Ah, yes I saw that regression a month or so ago and was just as shocked and thought I had missed another date pushback. As you said it was the first time it had happened in a while. Hoooooping my DQ and IV comes through soon. I think I’ll be getting in just in time before the delays start for the EB category

Are you referring just to EB2? EB1 is current....

By the way, how do you find out if/when you are DQd? Is there any kind of notification or letter?

Thank you @Eren !! Interesting that it took almost 3 months from DQ to IL for you for London, it took appleblossom only a month and Luis M not long over a month, maybe it has slowed down a little in the last few months. Hoping I get DQd by end of month as my docs were delivered around 25 Aug

Just found this thread and it has brought me so much joy. I hate sitting in limbo land being unable to plan my life until I know when I can head back to the States. Before finding this thread I wasn’t sure if it would be a 3 month wait or an 8month wait. EB1 I-140 approved end of June, all fees paid, documents and DS-260 submitted around August 22. Not sure how long DQing takes or if being EB1 affects anything, but I’m hoping that I could get an interview scheduled early next year at the London embassy. Not sure if anyone in a similar boat has some insight… Thank you for this thread!
