Hey there! I was wondering if somebody can help us with this issue... I submitted the adjustment of status form with the application for employment authorization a month ago. I received a receipt for the employment authorization form but nothing about adjustment of status (even though I included the form to receive a text message or email when they start working on the case) I'm starting to worry, what could I do to get information?

Hey there, I have a few questions about this form, I've read the instructions but it's not super clear. I had a J1 student visa so I had SEVIS number. Now I am in the adjustment of status (K1 visa) process and as a part of the FORM I-765 (ITEM 26) it asks for a SEVIS number. But I am not sure if I should include my last SEVIS number or nothing at all. Thanks for your help.

Should I include a money order or a check with the package (I-485 form) Or when should I pay for it?

Hey everyone! I am putting together my paper work for the Adjustment of status (K1 visa holder) and I haven't seen any specific form used for the BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT or something similar. I am not sure if I need to complete a new form besides (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-693). I already read your post about forms needed. Is there any other form specific for Biometrics? or they are just gonna let me know when I should go to my appointment?

Hey everyone! I am from Ecuador and my interview for the K1 visa is in a couple months. We are not sure if I should get the vaccines needed before my medical appointment (to make them cheaper but I am not sure if they are valid), at the doctor's office when I get my medical appointment or if it's a better idea to get them at usa (My fiance has medical insurance, but we are not sure if they are covered by it) What do you suggest? (Low price, better results related)
