Tim and Joan got a reaction from JimmyX in August 2023 I-129F K1 FILERS
I agree. The track my visa site is saying we could hear something back by March 19 2024. I can dream at least 😁. I see people that filed in November are hearing back. Fingers crossed.

Because I don't find the local women attractive? I am not running into another relationship. Just wanted to know if I do are there any penalties I face?

This thread is very quiet. I am hearing that they are starting to touch the cases for this month. I am wondering if anyone has more information.

Tim and Joan reacted to Janilla in SEPTEMBER 2023 K1 to NOA2 to NVC to EMBASSY
This thread was posted in the Sep 2022 I-129F filers thread. Also has NVC dates for 2023 which isn't especially applicable to Sep 2023 I-129F filers lol
Anyways - good luck everyone!

NOA-2: Oct 10, 2023
California service center.
Just saw this morning when I went in to check case status as I do every morning. I couldn't believe it. I resubmitted the case # three times because I was in so much shock. Haha!

Tim and Joan reacted to Nicola and Jordan in K1 visa interview - Need to give consent to ACRO
Hmmm I had to get an SAR too which I took with me for my interview (by the way, keeps copies for the entire process, I just had my citizenship interview and I had to show it) but they did not say I had to get consent. Did they say anything else at the time?

From you, the petitioner, the fiance only needs I134 and a letter of intent. Your fiance takes I134 to the interview not I864, I-864 is for when you apply for adjustment of status with I485 don't need that yet.
As for proof of income, my understand is include as much evidence as you can. So yes, W-2, pay stubs, but more importantly tax transcripts for the last year, last 3 years even better. Perhaps even bank statements or any other assets just to help out really, if you're income is well above poverty line I wouldn't worry about those.
Of course depending on the country your fiance is from he/she should already be preparing the police certificate, birth certificate, passport etc, I think those are more important to focus on right now if you haven't prepared them yet, some might take a while!

Same here. WAC. Sigh. A little disappointing since some other service centers are touting 6 months or less processing time.
At the same time, I have read that all I-129f are processed in California.

We mailed our application yesterday. Supposed to arrive Texas tomorrow.
Here we go again. I did this once, 15 years ago. Things happen. I’m trying again. Thailand last time. Philippines this time.
I copied the first post from another thread, I hope that is ok.
Let’s go, June filers!

When did you send them? And how did you send them? You may be able to intercept the package via USPS or Fedex, or just send another package if it's too late to intercept!
I'm assuming you are required to get your statements notarized! I'm not familiar with such a requirement myself.

Hi everyone. I apply k1 visa for my fiancé and got Noa1 on July 21 2022 but still waiting. Watching a lot of people got approved but me. A little frustrating but I don’t know what to do. I just wanna ask is there anybody got divorced before and now apply for k1 visa? I think it may be the reason my case take longer. 😞😞
