The interview does not need all the shot they do not collect this information. But go to the HCM city and start from scratch get all the shot she need and and keep the record card. Because you either do it now or do it in the states when you she apply for the Green card ( time and money will cost a lot more then in VN )

Every case is not the same. have you both ever marry before? there are so many things/details you just have to get ready and go into the interviews with all the evidence that you have and hope for the best. about the R.E. and F.tree you should have it fill out and bring it with you. It would be best if you can go with her to the interview I think it will help a lot. best of luck

I mean when you submit the I-129F. there is no way upload anything after that. you will have a chance upload after the interview ( that mean you got a blue slip ). Good luck to you.

Tonhi, this is my experience: just on Dec-11-2023 we have an interview , they asked general questions, Name. DOB. what you both do..ect.. they didn't ask for anything that you are bring the interview. got a blue slip asked for family Tree and Timeline of your relationship. we submitted all and 4-days later got a new letter that we are in AP. no further docs required. it's now almost 4-months I sent an inquiry on March-4 and got an email back from them on March-28 said: the case is still under AP. they will let us know the outcome when it available. DO NOT need to contact them anymore. ( another word just shut up and wait stop asking ) My thought after this: they already have your case approved before you get there, if you have upload everything with your application from the beginning then you should be good. again every case is not the same, I know someone just asked 5-questions and got approved. Just go to the interview and hope for the best. there is no way anyone known what the officer looking at. wishing you the best of luck. oh BTW don't worry they are not go to anyone house to check with K-1 case ( CR-1 yes one person that I know )

You Can't send everything like you bring to the interview. you have to make everything smaller and only send the important ( I know everything is important to us) you have to play with you pictures. you have to make 1 page with 6-pictures. it's a lot of photo shop,you have to scan and check the 2 files , add-in ....then ....remove some, it's a nightmare. good luck.

My bad. I mean the US Consulate of HCM didn't tell you that they send back to USCIS, you only get they letter from Washington DC that is the question I'm tried to ask at first. -

They did send you a letter from HCM to tell you that they are sent the case back to USCIS before congressional inquired ? -
I have the same note since Dec-28-2023 , I will send an inquiry the first week of march and see what they say.

Do you have to register in vietnam after the Utah? since Vietnam does not legalize same sex married I was wonder if I can go this round if my K-1 is Denied. is anyone have any suggestion please advise if this possible. Thanks

No I did that, after I upload all the docs they send a letter said that they got it and they will contact when they have finish processing. No further documents required.

Hummmm I have the similar 221g submitted and still waiting for the consular decision. (something new everyday) -
Thank You for the info. But from what I understand that don't do that with K1. I wished they do because we have the timeline in our heart.
