It's exhausting for sure - especially when you know others that went through the whole process 130 to visa in hand in less time than you've been waiting just for the 130 to be processed....

Got approved yesterday at Texas Service Center! PD September 14, 2021

Just checked and saw that I was being actively reviewed again as of July 16th. Looked in the documents section and there was an approval letter in there! Texas Service Center, NOA 1 09/29/2021. No K3. I’m so happy. Good luck to us all!! ❤️

I'd say surprise her by traveling tomorrow and tell her, "Surprise, your husband is home, now you are hooked up with i864." May be the eroding love may bounce back. You want to be with your wife, travel to the US asap. Then figure out in person.

I have been pretty good about not checking daily, but just did my like weekly status check. 
Additionally, this morning at 05:00am Chicago time, my wife was notified by email that there was an action taken regarding our case, so I knew it before she did. When looking it up it still says AR, but under the documents tab we find the approval.

I have not used any trackers.

Just checked, found the approval notice under the document tab!
So happy! Hang in there!

 

Unless you get an expedite you are going to have to wait a bit 😕 you will need to get DQ and then wait for your interview letter which in total can take a couple of months 

I would still suggest making a police report and giving them all the info you have on the person. Having a report made can potentially help with getting your money back from the back if they give you any problems. Some banks can be difficult about money that someone has willingly sent to someone, even if it turned out to be a scam. $1500 is not a small amount of money - enough to be charged a felony. And there's always a chance it actually helps stop this person from scamming someone else. 

Shocking! I just received the approval notice! September 21 NOA1, and NOA2 date May 17!

November 10, status changed to Case Approved.  Prayers for everyone waiting... may approvals start flowing.

We are trying to look into our account once a month ( trying to not go crazy about it) , I hope we have our approval soon !!

OMG!  Unexpected!!  I logged in my USCIS today and saw:
November 9, 2021 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS On the Document tab, i see I-130 Approval PDF with approval date of today!   Thank you Lord!!   I did sent in K3 early October.  Both K3 and I-130 at Vermont Service Center.

Got my nvc information and already paid the fees now waiting to fill out form ds260 and submit the documents once the fees is processed. I’m surprised how quickly it is going. 

Hey everyone! I hope I can join thread since the August filers one isn’t active. My PD is 08/05/2021 and I have no updates. We live in Germany and were assigned to the Nebraska Service Center. Good luck everyone!!

Few hours ago I've received a notification, that my case is being actively reviewed and I hope it will be accepted soon, without any RFEs 😃

Filed Sep 17 , got my Receipt number right away and got Nebraska for my service center

been told if I get the same center by mail , it’s mostly likely my center
