And?  If you have a real card, why does it matter when or how close they look at the vaccine proof ?   Your original questions seem a little odd to me.  I wish you good luck.  This immigration is a grueling process.  The pandemic has magnified the stress.

Good morning guys, its midnight here in Chicago. Just got the Approval email from NVC, so finally the saga for me is over. I wish you all the luck to all of you and I hope you get the same DQ as well! 

Submitted Nov 19th, RFE for me (police certificate) 🙂 Dear God give me patience.. There was actually nothing wrong with my certificate but they want the right country to release

This week's NVC timeframe update:

With NVC closed and not expecting any member updates, today seems longer than any other day 

August 28 submission - RFE on November 16
November 16 submission - RFE on February 18
 
All documents now show as 'accepted', but they are saying there is insufficient evidence of income. I work outside of the US, so therefore all of my income is foreign and doesn't count (despite me making well over the poverty line and having suitable assets to appease the 5X requirement). Joint sponsor is retired but also has considerable assets.
 
First RFE, NVC only asked for 1099 from joint sponsor - which I promptly uploaded a missing 1099 from bank interest. Now they are requesting proof of my income, proof of joint sponsor's income, and another joint sponsor. Frustrated and demoralized from the entire process... hard to plan your life around a moving target like this. I anticipate the answer already... but... any suggestions other than wait?

Yeaaa I've seen a lot of people say after the second time it switched to 'actively reviewing' status they quickly got approved after so now I'm just waiting on another status change! Hopefully before the end of the year 🤞

Hey everyone, my I-130 was also approved on Friday, at Nebraska service center.  Wishing you all fast approvals as well! 

I was able to get my transcripts online using a VPN to create an account and verify my identity with the ID.me. I had verify with a live agent because I don't have a U.S. phone number though and it took forever because they kept rejecting my documents and i had to try different ones.

Hi Everyone! We filed on July 16, 2021. The case is in Nebraska! Wishing the fastest approval for all of us!

July 17th filer here, USC and husband is from Slovenia. Our NOA1 was sent from Texas but according to EMMA its in Nebraska. Wishing us all best of luck! 🤞

Update: I was able to open an online checking account with Capital one with the help of a family member in the states. You need to have a U.S. address and phone number to open and maintain an account but you dont need to go in person to a branch. I tried State Department Federal Credit Union but they wanted me to show a mortage or utility bill to verify my foreign address which I dont have because I live in my inlaws house.
