We got DQ'ed yesterday!!!! RE Submitted August 23rd...
I called them and was on hold for 90 mins... When I talked to the agent he said your case was complete 20 mins ago... Crazy!!!!
 
Do any of you guys know how long it might take the NVC to schedule the interview with Moroccan Embassy? ETRANGAIS? Any idea?
 
 

I see, I'm actually interviewing at the Swiss US Embassy as I reside here although they stated that they will shutdown for the month of Jan due to the WEF 😕 - would be interesting to see whether they move me to London for any reason or give me a later date here... just have to wait and see. Anything can happen due to the pandemic.

London has been sending invites around the middle of the each month for interview dates in the following month, so for some it feels like they get their interview letter really quickly for others who missed the mid month cutoff it will feel longer ('last month')

No notification that they have started to review, just an email once they have finished the review, you'll get en email saying there is an update and log into CEAC (where there is a message saying your DQ or details of the RFE) and then if you are DQ a second email saying you are DQ. 

Great news!!! I wonder if less people submitted in September. 
 
For anyone that doesn't know (I was unaware), when DQ'd you receive 2 emails, the 2nd one actually states that you are DQ'd in the subject of the email.
 
I was so excited that I didn't notice that and jumped straight onto the CEAC website....silly me! lol I actually thought they sent the same email twice by accident.

Guys!!! We got DQ’d. They emailed us at around 11am California time. 
 
First and only submission was 14th September, and we added re-scanned document on the 15th September.
 
Now we will wait for our interview to be scheduled at the London embassy

Just received my email notifying us that we're DQ'd... ... our recent re-submission was 9th Sep. 
 
8th july - original submission
9th Sep - resubmit   added missing divorce decree + 1099 joint sponsor + explanation of no W2 for petitioner 
 

Congratulations
 
NVC is picking up the pace, hopefully they will not slow down during the holidays (I know, wishful thinking)

Just got DQ an hour ago! Last documents submitted Sept. 8th.

Oh my gosh! This is great news. We are so close, our final submission was 14/15th Sep.
 
Have been seeing a lot of 2-10th Sep DQs lately so this movement makes a lot of sense.
 
Hopefully this time next week will we hear something, fingers crossed! Good luck everyone, it’s finally our September time 🥳

"As of 6-DEC-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 7-SEP-2021."

My last document was submitted September 7th. Got 3 FE review messages today. All the documents we originally submitted were accepted. The FE reviews were:
1. Submit every 2020 W2/1099
2. Message saying the case doesn't meet minimum income requirement. (We already knew this and had already submitted proof of assets, these proofs we're accepted, total value is at least double the necessary amount)
3. Submit evidence of income (I'm self employed)
 
I don't have any W2's but I do have one 1099 which I'll submit, wish they asked for this originally. Not really sure how to show evidence of self employed income, that's why we submitted proof of assets. Guess we're back at the end of the line regardless. 
 

Got DQ'ed (resubmission Aug 29, 2021)

5 days movement, which is great considering it was Thanksgiving last week. 

we got DQ'd today, submitted aug 29th

Our application has been approved! PD March 31, 2021 under Nebraska. Nov 23 , actively being reviewed. Nov 24, actively reviewed again. I just checked now and I saw under the documents our approval letter! I was already loosing hope and this happened. Praying for everyone waiting to get good news soon!
