The earliest you can apply for removal of conditions is January 14th, 2023.
It's best if you do it say on January 19th 2023.

The earliest you can apply for citizenship is January 15th, 2024. Again, better to apply few days later, say January 18th, 2024. To be eligible to apply for citizenship at that time, you would still need to be married and living in marital union with your US citizen spouse. You would also need to pass physical presence check (number of days in the US) and continuous presence in the US check (no long trips over 6 months).

We got a combo interview with lots of evidence and no RFE, so in your case an i751 interview is likely needed. We also just got n400 invitations with no indication a spouse was needed for our combo interview in Sacramento in May. We were both called into the interview room together.
It is going to be 55 degrees in Dallas Monday, the dog should be good in the car. Our i751/n400 interview took about 2 hours. You can just attend the i751 interview and go stay with the dog during the n400 interview.
    Good luck

With an i751 interview you must attend together, I would go to the appointment together from the start. The i751 will likely be conducted first, once done you leave the interview and return to your car once the interviewing officer is done with you.
You waited so long to get to this point you should prioritize USCIS requirements to complete your case. You should be prepared to do both the i751 and the n400 interviews. Remember you need to provide original documents requested for the n400 interview like the original US citizen birth records, updated tax transcripts for joint tax returns, and should provide updated bona fide marriage proof for the i751. And most of all a joint i751 interview requires the spouse to attend with the petitioner to be approved.

In your n400 invitation it indicates you should bring originals of any documents used in the n400 application. If you filed under the 3 year rule you need to show the US citizen spouse has been a citizen for more than 3 years.
This info below about what should be brought to the interview is from our n400 invitation sent to us... Check out the last sentence below.

Yes, bring her,  it would be a good idea to bring your spouse in case you get a i751/n400 combo interview.

With our case we got an n400 invitation with no indication of the combo i751/n400 that happened when we arrived at the field office. We were both called in to the interview. So if you have a pending ROC case with your naturalization case you should expect an i751/n400 combo interview with your spouse needed to attend, bringing updated evidence for both cases.

I think combo interview is the most common thing to happen with ROC and n400 both pending but there is a chance USCIS may adjudicate the i751 at a different time but I think that is rare.

I don't think so, I expect your n400 will be approved. You provided your court disposition of your case dismissal and you provided additional information.
You may need to provide more information through an RFE.
Mostly I think your approval will be delayed as the field office supervisor will need to sign off on your case.

If your case is not decided after 120 days you can consider filing a de novo review court case since you have had your n400 interview. You would take your case to a immigration judge who can issue your citizenship.

With naturalization cases you can get a federal judge to review your case and they can approve it. This type of civil court case is called a de novo review.
You would need to hire a lawyer and file a case with the correct court. It is the administrative appeal for naturalization cases. It is different from a mandamus case which simply forces USCIS or the State Department to make a decision on a immigration case.

I am an USA/Irish citizen. On a trip to Brazil I needed a visa with a USA passport and no visa on the Irish passport so I used my Irish passport for the trip. I used the Irish passport to check into a flight to Brazil and the Irish passport to enter and exit Brazil. I used my US passport to check in for the flight home and to enter the USA.

Almost exact same thing happened in our case except we were called in for i751 together and it took 3 weeks to approve both cases i751/n400, and 3 more weeks for the oath ceremony at the Sacramento field office.

Not always true, we had a combo i751/n400 interview (only a n400 invitation) . The US citizen spouse and LPR was called in to the interview together i751 first, then n400 second. I, the US spouse, remained throughout and was not asked to leave during the n400 interview. I know this is not common but it happened in our case.

USCIS does whatever it needs to do, they may be general rules but there are exceptions to the rules. So generally the US citizen spouse will not be allowed in the n400 interview, but sometimes they will. The officer may have questions for a spouse in a 3 year n400 case but usually not. It is good if the spouse is around for a 3 year n400 case and is a must be there for an i751n interview.

Your evidence for the n400 goes back 3 years from when you filed so your evidence should go back 3 years.
You need to show your spouse has been an US citizen for all three years (USA birth certificate or naturalization certificate)
You need to show you reside together with your US citizen spouse for all three years. W2 for each year with a common address for each of you, joint tax return transcripts for each year for the last 3 years, any mail at the same address for each of you. State issued IDs with the same address over the period (drivers licenses), photos together on holiday  for past 3 years.

USCIS will be interested in your marriage status because it is on the naturalization certificate. Bring original marriage documents, divorce decrees, IRS tax transcripts,  and any other requested documents needed.

If @Narry4u filed an abuse waiver i751 application and it was approved then the 3 year n400 could be used. If they filed an i751 divorce waiver only then they will need to do the 5 year rule for the n400.
A divorce waiver alone will not allow for the LPR to file n400 in 3 years.

Our case was similar to yours; we had an i751 pending with a n400 case. We were issued an invitation for the n400 only, but had a combo i751/n400 interview.

Both of us were admitted to the USCIS Sacramento field office with n400 invitation, we were both called into the interview from the waiting room. Started out with a short i751 interview and then the n400 interview; in our case the US citizen spouse was allowed to stay throughout the civics test and the rest of the n400 interview. This is uncommon to allow the spouse to attend the n400 interview.

At the oath ceremony 6 weeks after the combo interview the spouse was not allowed to witness it, and had to wait outside.

Our interview 12 months after filing n400 and 24 months after filing i751.

Agree it is not the same as a combo interview but if n400 is being sought under the 3 year rule there is a small chance the IO may want to interview the spouse. It would be rare but not impossible as it is still a marriage based case.
In any case, my main point was clear: in the Sacramento office in May they were allowing spouses to enter the building and enter the waiting room with just a n400 invitation. I don’t think that it is likely the spouse would be called into the stand alone n400 interview and never allowed into an n400 interview under the 5 year rule.

They allowed both of us in for the interview in our case with n400 only interview invitation. We had a combo interview and a 3 year n400 case.
It may not always be the case but I would have the spouse either in the waiting room or on standby downstairs with a phone. If by chance the IO wants to speak to the spouse it would be best to have them nearby available if needed.

i751 receipt notice is not needed to file an n400.
Go to https://www.uscis.gov/n-400 to find the instructions on filing the n400.
Follow the instructions carefully, I would recommend filing an online application.

Our ROC was approved a couple weeks before my husband's N400 interview, but since he filed under the 3 year rule, I went with him for the N400 interview, hoping they would let me into the waiting room.  No one at security in the lobby even asked why we were there or who we were; we just went through the scanners and on up to the USCIS office.  No one in the office asked why I was there either, just told us to have a seat.  My husband said the IO asked him like 3 times if I had come with him to the interview, so it was good that I was sitting just outside in the waiting room.  The officer even saw me there when he came out to call my husband in for the interview, so who knows why he asked about it so much.  It's worth a shot to try to go, even just for moral support, the worst they can say is no and you have to wait outside.

It is okay to fill it out early, but I would wait 2 to 7 days after you believe the window has opened to file the n400. There is no advantage in submitting the same day as your window opens but it is easy for USCIS or yourself to miss calculate.   Think time zone issue if you file online.
Also if you moved recently you need to reside at your home for 90 days before you file for n400.
