Thanks all, I've made 3 separate copies then for each! Hopefully mailing out tomorrow or Tuesday the latest! Waiting on our marriage certificate to arrive to copy!

This is absolutely correct although some people only submitted for the main I-485. At one time folks were getting RFEs for the 131 and 765 because of that fact. The jury has been out on whether to add triplicate copies or just the one! I submitted 3 seperate copies also since the 485, 131 and the 765 are all handled seperately. The possibility of them getting seperated from the 485 is 100%. To be on the safe side I would submit 3 seperate copies.

I'm a few days after submission, so I'm no expert, but the conclusion I drew a few weeks ago when I was looking into this is that these are all considered separate applications despite being submitted concurrently, so the evidence and documentation for each form application must be fulfilled on its own.

So, my recommendation is to treat each application you're doing as a separate thing (imagine as if they'll be split up upon arrival at the USCIS). Make sure the evidence for each one can stand on its own.

Hello all, we are applying for AOS (hoping to mail off on Monday!) from a K1 visa -- Since we are mailing off the Form I-765 and Form I-131 with I-485 do we need to include duplicate copies of passport biographical information, visa stamp, etc. for all three or will one copy be enough if mailed off together?

They found the package after I did a missing mail search. At least now we know it's there! Arrived to lock box this morning.

We are all here to help each other. I've been there so I know what you are feeling. I'm not too far ahead of you, just at the next step after AOS. I file my wife's  ROC soon. We are all here for each other!

    Thank you, @Sarge2155!

And thank you for making the checklist and taking the time to help us find our way through the process.

I had my interview in Warsaw in April and I brought some pics with dates and places written in back side of them, printed call logs showing we have been in touch all that time before interview, my pics from website where we met with messages and what's app messages, but they didn't ask to show anything from it. The CO only took affidavit if support, birth certificate translation, tax return and that's all. Don't over think! If your relationship is real they won't ask any additional info! They are super good in Warsaw! Good luck!

Yes, I know. I was just answering the question about specifically evidence for an ongoing relationship since I am at the same embassy as OP.

We haven't had any visits since the pandemic either. We're planning on compiling some of our messages and call logs. We have so many that we will definitely have to condense them. She is thinking of bringing some of the letters I've written to her. We've also considered having a supportive family member write a letter of support for us.

What do you mean?  Were you explicitly requested to bring this?   The beneficiary can absolutely bring evidence of visits subsequent to the petition filing.   I wouldn't think Poland would be a difficult consulate, as it is not a high fraud country.  My husband went through a similar consulate, and brought evidence of the visits we had after filing, but that was not pivotal for approval.

Oh, that is odd!  But, yes.  I totally agree:  beneficiary should bring any relationship/visit evidence that has transpired after the petition was filed.  You could bring a copy of what you sent with the petition, but they have that.

Must be something unique to your consulate.  Definitely follow their instructions, and best of luck!

Gotta work on filling in the blanks in my timeline. I apologize.

I don't have my NVC received date, but my NOA2 was 02/23/2021.
By 03/30/2021 it had left the NVC to go to the embassy in Warsaw.
By 04/26/2021 I received email saying Embassy in Warsaw had received the petition, and the email included instructions asking to do the DS-160, Pay Visa Fee, Schedule Appointment, Medical Tests, etc. (The paper / mail notices were a few weeks behind for me).

It took us until April 20 to get our NOA2. I'm not sure why (we didn't have any RFEs). Currently we're at NVC. I called and got our NVC case/invoice numbers on May 14th, so now we're just waiting for them to forward it to the embassy. How long were you at NVC before they sent your petition to the embassy?

Mostly unrelated to this post, I am so glad to see that you're at the interview scheduling stage! We're at the same embassy and also with a June 2020 NOA1, but we're a couple months behind you on the NOA2/NVC received stage.

Is the beneficiary a citizen or a lawful resident of Poland? If so, you pick resident. If your case was transferred and the beneficiary is neither a citizen nor resident of Poland then you pick non-resident.

Based on what I've ready, I think others are right in that if you're already 3 months into the K-1, you may as well stick with it unless the Embassy you're applying through isn't inspiring much confidence in making progress on those K-1s.

I got about 96% of my I-129f ready to submit. Just waiting on my fiancée's letter of intent, passport photos and a witness statement, all being sent from Poland which should be here by Monday.

However, with everything going on now, I'm seriously considering moving to Poland and doing the Visa Journey in the other direction as soon as a path opens up in commercial travel. The research is tough because I don't understand Polish. I don't want to hire a lawyer until I'm confident its legally viable with my fiancée's income as I don't know how long I'd be without work in small-town Poland as a non-native that doesn't speak Polish.

This is all just heart-wrenching. All I want is to be with her.

I haven't checked today's mail yet, but hopefully it will arrive soon.

I reported it initially, but their disclosure says to allow a week before reporting a mail piece as missing as it can take days for delivery. So I took it back.

    Yay!

I think reacting like that is completely understandable, we’re all a little on edge:) I’m hope you get that piece of mail soon!

also, have you guys seen this?
I know it’s a long shot and I don’t think EU is going to lift the restrictions on US anytime soon, but maybe at least they’ll discuss what Denmark did, meaning uniting binational couples? 🤞

I may have jumped the gun, so forgive me for reacting in an overly cynical fashion but it really was the only piece of mail that was missing from this morning's email.

So, I'm setup for the US Postal service to send me a daily report via email ("USPS Informed Delivery") about the pieces of mail that are set to be delivered to my home every day. They take pictures of each mail piece, save for ads / flyers.

I set it a long time ago and don't really pay much attention to it, but it is nice to have. This morning, among other pieces of mail in my report, there was a picture of the USCIS California Service Center envelope. I was excited and looking forward to have this in my possession.

    It wasn't delivered.

All other pieces of mail in the report were delivered. I want to believe it's an honest mistake, but there's a part of me that was afraid this might happen. Also had bit of a row with the mail carrier a few years ago -- don't know if he's still on my route and holding grudges.

I already reported it as missing. If you're not signed up for this service, I recommend signing up for it.
