I mentioned this a couple of months ago - regarding my fiancee's interview (K1) in Cairo on July 1, 2020.  It was scheduled mid March and they were closing the calendars for March, April, May.....opened back up for scheduling in July, August, September, etc.....
Our July 1st interview seemingly is still scheduled.  I check this every day.  I can only assume that Cairo thought they may be open by July 1st.  

No, this is not true, unless Kuwait knows they will remove it by June 22nd.

I would like to build on top of this as follows (see below). The following is a part of the information released on 28 May 2020 for Global Entry business traveller applications. 
 
Here at the US Embassy-Singapore, all Global Entry/US APEC Business Travel Card interview appointment slots from June 3 to July 1, 2020 will be cancelled and affected members should reschedule their appointments.

I am also waiting on news of when the US embassy in Nairobi will open. This website has information on the status of each countries US Embassy operations. It is updated almost daily. It appears as though New Zealand might be open, and there may be a few more. The information is tedious to sift through. Have a go at it:

I hadn't heard that.  Hopefully it is true!  NZ is special though.....they kicked COVID19's ### at the very beginning of the pandemic. It is considered eradicated. Other countries with similar populations (even other island nations) have not managed this.

Some embassies has posted on their website that they are closed until further notice today.   Before that it said, May 31, 2020 or provided some date.
