    Why not get married and pursue a spouse visa through the (much faster) DCF process in Frankfurt? There is no DCF for K1 visa, but it is available for IR1/CR1 spouse visa. Frankfurt seems to be generous in accepting DCF requests for those with exceptional circumstances, such as a job offer with imminent US relocation.

    DOS policy allows K1 applicants to not be completely vaccinated at the time of the visa medical. If the applicant opts for such, the DS-3025 worksheet will be marked as "K visa applicant electing not to be vaccinated at medical examination". BUT, depending on the visa medical clinic, it could be very difficult to opt out, as the clinics are tasked by DOS to "make every effort to encourage K visa applicants to meet the vaccination requirements before admission to the United States".     Terminal fee is normally bundled in the ticket price. Travel tax is required for immigrant visa holders. Check the line items on the ticket -- if there is a charge for PhP 1620, then travel tax is already included in the ticket price. If not, your relatives will need to pay the tax at NAIA. If they are unsure whether it is already included or not, the airline check-in staff will advise them if they need to pay travel tax.

    I agree with @Adventine -- you got trolled by that American who said you could get a US passport for your Filipina wife. Do NOT even attempt to apply for a US passport for her. Only US citizens may get a US passport. Worst case, the US government could think that she is claiming US citizenship, which could result in her being banned for life from the US.

    Notify the CBP officer when you first enter the US with your spouse visa. The CBP officer might not ask, so make sure to volunteer the info about your new mailing address. After you get home, file AR-11 online, as advised above. Your wife should also mail the I-865 form to USCIS.

    That's fine then. A copy of either your valid US passport bio page or your US naturalization certificate will be acceptable as proof of your US citizenship. Was your name changed when you were adopted? If so, make sure to list your birth name in the section for Other Name(s) Used. You will also need to submit evidence of your legal name change -- ie, your adoption papers.

    If she is still in the US, has a green card, and no NTA, then she is still an LPR. Why not file another I-751 instead? Your I-130 will be denied if she is still an LPR. Requesting input from @mindthegap re: filing new I-751. TIA

    It's not required. But if your spouse has a denied I-751 and I-290B, she could have been sent an NTA for removal proceedings. FOIA might give more information on all the correspondence that USCIS sent. I also recommend hiring a competent immigration lawyer as this is not a straightforward case, given your spouse's immigration history. Is your spouse still in the US?
