I had my interview yesterday at the Louisville, KY office. Husband and I were separated and I was questioned first. He asked and confirmed all the questions on the I-485, and then proceeded to ask questions about our relationship (when/where we met, how long we were together before we got engaged, where we got engaged/married/what was the reception and honeymoon). My husband and I currently live in different locations due to work, so the IO did ask me a lot of questions based on that (no. of bedrooms and bathrooms at each property, who cooks the most, last meal eaten together, hubs favourite food I make him, what we do for fun, and the million dollar question - why did I marry him haha). He said he couldn't approve me that day as he still had to go over new evidence I gave him etc so I was a little worried. He then took my husband in and asked him questions based off our conversation - they came out laughing and talking about boats haha. Hub answered everything perfect, and the IO had told him that he saw no red flags but had to get all the paperwork in line. About 30 mins after the interview, I got an update that my card was being produced so all in all it was a pretty great experience!! Good luck to everyone still waiting for their interview - my advice, relax and don't overthink things  

Hi everyone. I had my GC interview yesterday at Farifax office. It went well, the officer was nice and she asked around 20 questions (my age, my wife's age, my military experience, the place I work at, etc.) She also asked for lease documents, tax return and documents with my job info. I thought I'd be asked to provide the medical exam documents (I paid 350$ for the med.check) but she didn't even ask for them. Also, I answered some I-485 questions (Yes/No).  After the interview she said she'd recommend us for approval. I've got the notification "the card is being produced" 20 minutes after the interview. Thanks to everyone here and good luck at your interviews.

We just came back from our interview and got approved on the spot!!! 🎉🙈 It was so easy and more of a conversation, he asked only a couple questions but said that he believes us. It was such a nice experience and my status already changed to 'New card is being produced

Hi! Wanted to update we had our greencard interview in Chicago on Tuesday 3/16! Super smooth and easy! She told us we were approved on the spot and give her 20 minutes to update the computer. By the time we got home it had updated online. Yay!

I just had my interview in Phoenix, AZ and everything went super smoothly. Approved on the spot. My husband came in with me and we stayed together the whole time. The officer that assessed my case was very kind. She asked if i was employed and details regarding my employment. She went through my I485 questions with me and then just asked me if there was anything else I would like to add to my file. So I gave her our proof of joint assets to add to the file- house title, car title, joint utility bills, joint bank account records and other documents of that nature. 
 
Now time to celebrate 🥳
