The consulate in MTL is actually scheduling K1s for the applicants now since they restarted processing again. Nothing has been scheduled for a while but they requested new cases from the NVC in December so things are moving!

Hi everyone! Happy to finally be here!! NOA1 March 24 NOA2 December 7
The embassy here in Canada is open but they're still only working on cases at the embassy from before the lockdown. Hopefully they'll be accepting new cases from the NVC soon!
Congrats to everyone who's gotten this far, we're almost there!

Hello filers! I'm back with an update!
 
This is a 2 week update so the numbers will be higher than we're used to...
 
There are 1055 outstanding RFEs for March.
425 March notices approved in the last 2 weeks (Amazing! - I see a lot of you are now among these - keep positive, those of you that haven't seen an answer... as you can see, they're really getting through the files)
 
We're at 2193 total approvals for our month, and there are 1741 outstanding petitions either in RFE or unchecked. 
 
Stay strong. Keep positive - there's definite movement!

You get offended by people's remarks much more than I do from what I've seen and oftentimes you are just rude instead of helpful. Maybe you shouldn't post so much on here in that case or perhaps try to dial it down a bit to just helpful advice instead of getting your panties in a wad 😉

Finally. I picked my fiancée up from the airport (she’s from the USA, arrived in the U.K.) and whilst we were talking, an app alert popped up.

Hey, just so everyone knows, they have updated the processing times on the website! My NOA1 date was March 24 so I guess I'm not outside of normal processing times yet. 

I am so happy to share we got our NOA2 approval today (March 20 filer). I found out it by updating the app for a million time :))) We were already very anxious because many cases after us were reviewed/approved. But this day finally came!!!  (we did not send an inquiry, we were about to do it today) There is a new waiting line for us again, but NOA-2 was a huge relief.
 
Wish a huge patience and best of luck to everyone who is still waiting!!!

Hi, everyone! Been following this forum for some time, but hadn’t responded yet. I sent our visa application in around 3/10 and just received the NOA2 today! 

They really don't care about the beneficiary moving or changing jobs. The point of the eventual visa is that you will be moving and not working. As long as you record the events each stage, you're fine.
