Hello all! I am the beneficiary for the K1 visa and I have just recently gotten a new job. We are currently awaiting our NOA2 (NOA1 was March 24) and was wondering if I had to contact someone and change my workplace on the I-29F form. I'm not sure if it actually matters but I would hate to get an RFE just because I no longer work where I claimed was my current employer.

No.  I129f is filed at a point in time.  Secondly, how would they know you don't work there anymore?

YMMV

No need to update the I-129F.  Just put the updated information on your DS-160 form after the I-129F is approved.

Did you call for a case inquiry? USCIS says they're on March 25 for inquiry. Let us know on results.

I filed one online yesterday. They said I'll receive a response (to the request, not to the petition) by Nov 12

They really don't care about the beneficiary moving or changing jobs. The point of the eventual visa is that you will be moving and not working. As long as you record the events each stage, you're fine.
