I see, you can definitely request an expedite by calling the USCIS helpline. whether its granted or not is discretionary to USCIS and varies case by case

I would say try it. It's free so call the hotline, tell them you want to expedite the EAD cause you need to get a driver's license to take care of your wife and you can't get one without the EAD.

It’s best to file AOS sooner rather than later and I wouldn’t let lack of a joint account to be your deterrent. That being said if you feel you need one then find a new bank. A SSN is not needed to open an account and you can find a bank that will accept a passport as a valid photo ID.

you dont have to wait for that, When I filrd for AOS, I didnt send the joint bank account as proof as I didnt have a SS# yet. however my husband did add me as a authorized user on his CREDIT Card, and that can be done without a SS#, so that would work too, if not you can always show some other proof of joint LEASE Contract or that you are a beneficiary of your spouse's insurance!!

My case was ready been a week and i dont receive any email from the ambassy yet. And now due to the covid19 the ambassy cancel all schedules, my question is will i still receive the package 3? Or will they wait until everything’s fine to email me the packages 3? Some advice please
