OP,  you overstayed and worked illegally for 15 years.  You were rightly denied.

I am sorry for the situation that you are in.  The reason you are denied was because of your overstay and illegal status.  They forgive overstays when you marry a US citizen.  They do not forgive it for marrying an LPR.
 
You need contact a competent immigration attorney at this point.

Go to the interview. Expect 221g until they get the medical and they’ll then decide on your visa. 

The thing is.... consulates are not close. They ARE open according to the last statistics of non immigrant visas. 
 
And from what I read, they are not suing USCIS. The law suit is against the Department of State for not declaring the resumption of K1 in certain countries while other non immigrant visas are processed.
 
For example: the US embassy in my country has been processing tourist visas but not K1s. How an US sponsored visa has less priority than a B2? I haven’t seen any proclamation that states that B2 are mission critical. My case has been sitting in the consulate since March 🤷🏽‍♀️ & they shut down the embassy the day before my interview so it makes sense to me to be the first one in line. 

No low level NVC case processor or consulate officer would be remotely involved in any kind of lawsuit action or activity.

My fiancé just got approved at Chicago POE. Said he was coming to visit his fiancé and they never asked about a pending k1 petition or anything! We lucked out! Didn’t ask for any evidence! 

Those of you who were able to schedule interviews in your embassies, how far out did you have to schedule them? Like how many months out? I'm wondering how long it's going to take them to get through all this backlog.

I got NOA2 March 26th and I am still waiting. 

I agree with you. But also look out for small details. A week before I got my IL the embassy page changed slightly, removing the "routine services are suspended" line. Other than that, their page was exactly the same

My lawyer is inquiring himself to the NVC as they might be more helpful to him vs. Me, I will update with what they respond to him. 

For what it's worth...our NOA2 is expiring in another week or so, so I called about extending yesterday.
 
US Embassy in Kiev response.....We don't know anything, we haven't received guidance and since we haven't gotten your paperwork from NVC yet, call them. No need to send us a letter because we don't know.

So, like I'd already assumed but just wanted to confirm, everything is a cluster....

Our NOA2 expires the end of July. My immigration lawyer said that all’s I have to do is write a letter stating I am still able and willing to marry my fiancé within the 90 days and he brings that to his interview at the embassy when he does have it.

Also along with contacting Representatives I was able to find this link with numbers, emails, and fax directly to department of state. You can try contacting them an expressing your concerns about K1s not being included as mission critical. The more voices they hear on the matter the better chance of action. It’s worth a shot.

Yes, this is what I was looking for, but couldn’t find the original post until it was shared to me. Not to act like i am impatient for my specific  case. Thank you for your help!

Do not shame the OP. They are welcome to contact their congressional representatives and express concerns that K1s are not currently given appropriate consideration and should be exempt from travel bans.
 
I agree that they won’t be able to help with the individual case at this moment but they do have a Congressional State Department Liaison which can funnel these concerns from Congress to the State Department .

I am wanting to help k1s overall, not specifically my case. Pertaining to the EO inquiry etc. Thanks. 

My NOA1 was received at CSC January 21 2020 and we got our NOA2 already approved on March 25
