Yes, they are still processing I129f. Only face to face processes are cancelled.

@lecht008As stated by @Solaris81 CSC and other offices still do their work including adjudicating petitions. The link below shows Vjers that have recently received NOA2 from CSC https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php
