@Joe Minero you don't need to wait 90 days after your international trip to apply for citizenhip, unless you don't pass the physical presence test. Because you pass the physical presence test and haven't moved to new state less than 90 days ago, you should be good to apply.
Just don't apply exactly 90 days early. Apply a week or two later.

@Joe Minero did you live in the state for 3 months? Supported documents would be lease, state driver license etc. You can file 3 months early as long as you pass physical presence test (number of days in the US) and 3 months residency in the state you're filing in.

I hope your interview goes well.   We are in Denver too, filed in late January.   There have hardly been any interviews in Denver since April so I'd be interested in hearing if they are going to start opening their doors to others.   Did you request emergency handling or are you at normal processing speed?

Your are required to submit a medical report exam for AOS based on mariage. You can submit the complete form with your AOS form, or later, or bring to the interview. The medical exam has to be performed within 60 days before you submit the form (with your AOS or at interview). Once submitted, the form is valid for 2 years. That means that if you submit the form with your AOS application and your interview is not scheduled within the next 2 years, you would have to do the medical exam again. See below from the I-485 instructions for details.

Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record (Form I-693)
Form I-485 applicants for adjustment of status are required to have a medical examination to show that they are free
from health conditions that would make them inadmissible. This does not apply to registry applicants and individuals
born under diplomatic immunity in the United States. If you are filing Form I-485 under the nonimmigrant fiancé(e),
asylee, or refugee category, see the Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, Instructions
for more information on whether you need to submit the full Form I-693 or only certain parts because you already had
    a medical examination overseas.
Only a USCIS designated civil surgeon can perform this medical examination in the United States. The civil surgeon
must document the results of your medical examination on Form I-693. For more information on the medical
examination, see the Form I-693 Instructions.
You are NOT required to submit Form I-693 at the time you file your adjustment application, but may do so if you
wish. Because of the time-limited validity of Form I-693, you may choose to submit your Form I-693 after you file
your Form I-485. You may also submit Form I-693 in person at an interview in a USCIS field office, if an interview is
required. By waiting to submit Form I-693, you may avoid having to repeat the immigration medical examination.
For more information about Form I-693 requirements, visit www.uscis.gov/i-693.

Is anyone who filed for AOS in January getting an interview ??

I have  been reviewing the timelines of a lot of December, January, February AOS filers.   It appears to me that everyone is getting to the same point of receiving their EAD's and AP but I don't see anyone getting an interview or their green card (except folks adjusting from K-1 who had interview overseas and their US interview can be waived).    With the news of a big layoff soon hitting USCIS are we going to all be in limbo for a long time or is the i-485 interview log-jam clearing and it's not apparent in the timelines yet??

Most K-1s aren't interviewed at the border, it's all at the Embassy before the visa is issued. I'm sure some K-1s get a grilling at the border, but in general we just get sent to secondary so they can process the wad of paperwork the Embassy has you take with you.

edit: For me, they sent me to secondary and told me it wouldn't be long (and it wasn't); another agent opened my file then called me over, reminded me I had to get married within 90 days, then stamped me passport and sent me on my way.

K-1 is "AOS from marriage" too.
I think you means "AOS from anything other than a K-1"

The difference is in mail delivery time, possibly less missed fields on the form due to electronic validation of fields, and possibly less likely to lose some papers along the way.
That said, if you are concurrently filing, better to do a paper copy anyway so you can just send it all at once. As-is, you have to wait to file the I-485 until you have the NOA1, then it has to mailed and matched up at USCIS. Better to just do it all at once.

Has anyone with the "AOS from marriage" category had their interview waived?     So far almost all the waivers are K-1 and one F-1.
