The Mexico City consulate is assigning interview dates/times in the P3 letter.  These dates look to be around 1.5 to 2 weeks from the date of the P3.  This means you would be wise to get as much of the supporting materials together before you receive the P3.  My fiance waited and is now racing around Mexico collecting Police Certificates.  Anyway, no questions, just a warning.

Yes some of us have seen that as well, it depends on the situation.
If you are together with your spouse in the US and or needed a waiver, those seem to be going slower.
No idea what's going on with why 2019 is left behind.

I just received my interview letter 😱, I really thought it would arrive sometime in late July!

DQ Date: January 21st 2020 (Im guessing the real CC date is a few days prior but this is when I received the DQ email)
Interview Date: June 30th, 2021
 
I am in MX and spouse in the US (although he's in Mexico now for the summer)

Before covid it was 1 year until appointment (I think you'd maybe get notified before that)
During covid 2 years, now, seems about 1.5.
If things continue like they are you could be just a few months away, but I"d wait to see that they start 2020 first because there seems to be people from 2019 who got skipped and I'd assume they need to get to them at some point.

I think they're currently working on CC May 2020, so it could be another year or at least a few months
Also keep in mind that your interview would be in CDMX as far as we know

I just saw some appointment for June with dq November 20th 2019 for ir1.

Visas approved for my wife and stepdaughter. We're very happy.  Thanks to everyone for the help and good luck to all.

Hmmm, I don't buy that,  everything gets scanned si everything gets reviewed digitally by them. 
 
 

I think they know it's buggy, a lot of people have noticed things wrong in the snapshot, I haven't seen any cases thus far where it has caused an issue.
I made a mistake on my end and fixed it at the NVC stage no problem.

you're overthinking it, doesn't matter, whichever you choose.
I used the terms Beneficiary and Petitioner, but My husband and I would be fine as well.

If the marriage certificate is issued according to the guidelines on the Department of State's civil documents list for the Bahamas, then an apostille shouldn't be required.
 
However, I agree that if you can get an apostille anyway, it is a good thing to have as it will prove useful in a number of circumstances. And as @Babu Frik said, it would save you any potential issues with the consulate if you want to take a "better safe than sorry" approach.

Will not happen. And I doubt if he is gonna reply to you because your text is not what he wants to know.
Don't you see he is selectively choosing what to answer? Regardless, I already knew what country we are dealing with based off the language in his first text. I just wanted to give him benefit of doubt.

Letters from ppl are not going to help if you don't have anything better to submit. People will say anything for a friend. DO you have any proof of time spent together? What country are you dealing with as what you would need will greatly vary from one country to another. 

BTW all K-1 interviews are happening in Mexico City now.

and just so there's no confusion, not original as in when you were actually born, but the original certified copy

The estimates you are getting from VJ are probably based on recent cases being processed faster than before. But it's not so simple as things being processed in the order they were received - every case is different and some take longer to review than others. For every outlier case like the recent one that was approved in 31 days, there are others who have been waiting for 14 months.
 
Note that while your VJ timeline has that estimate of March-April, it also references the USCIS processing time estimates which are not currently as fast. It's also hard to know how service center transfers affect these times. Certainly feel free to contact USCIS to verify where the petition is being processed in order to be ready to send an inquiry if it ends up outside normal processing times (according to USCIS's estimates, not VJ's), but also be prepared to be patient.

Estimates/Stats : Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between March 20, 2021 and April 19, 2021*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.
