    Yes right after 2 years and 9 months you can file for citizenship.

    I heard they do. However i have seen people drop off termination letter to uscis and got the result faster. If you have one then take to uscis my making a info pass appointment.

    It would be the same thing that you sent. Since you don't live with your partner so obviously there is no more abuse. But i highly doubt they would ask for that again.

    Hi, What was first RFE about? was that for VAWA? This is could be anything like good moral character, your birth certificate, good faith marriage, like you said more abuse. I assumed they sent you RFE for abuse proof already. Please just wait for letter to arrive.

    what you can do is now you can conduct your own background check via third party and send it to USCIS. There are few people who had done that in the past and got the favorable result. If you search that on previous VAWA threads you will find their response.

    It could be anything, however since your VAWA is approved i am thinking it could be about your medical.

    vermont will send it back to NBC. NBC from there review your file. They either ask you for the medical or if they think they need to interview you then they will send your file to local field office.

    It is taking 9 months per uscis website. I have seen people got approved in 5 to 6 months.

    what you read is correct. But i do not expect that to happened in 20 months. In my case i got c31 notification then i received c31 in a week then in 6 weeks i got approval notice. Just ignore c31 at the moment focus on c09.

    If i were you i would wait until VAWA approves. Do not send court paper work without lawyer.

    He will get c09. It happened to friend of mine. His i-131 was denied but his EAD got approved. OP has i-485 pending so he is good to go when it comes to his EAD. He will not get AP because of removal.

    I do not think he can file based on Prima Facia. His best option is C09 since he has i-485 pending.
