  2. If i am not mistaken draft is saved for 30 days.
  3. I have not seen anyone on this forum. However, on the other forums i have seen few people using AP while VAWA pending recently. Their process was smooth.
  4. Reach out to your congress person.
  5. I have seen few approvals of 2022 in different forums. Once you move you have to notify USCIS. I would say if it is not urgent then delay until your immigration process is over.

  16. When was your VAWA approved. As long as paid the fine you will be fine and it it is just one and only offence you have. I would say give it 3 to 4 months after your VAWA approval, after that either make an info pass appointment or reach out to your congress person.
  17. congratulations on your VAWA approval. Did you file i-485 concurrently with VAWA?
  18. Congratulations on your interview. I personally have not seen anyone stating that they were asked anything related VAWA/abuse during their citizenship interview. I believe you will be fine. Best of luck!
  19. I know few people traveled and came back safely after Jan 2025.
  20. I would use the new address that is listed on USCIS web page.
  21. do it when they call you for an interview. If not during your citizenship interview. Do not send anything if they did not ask for it.
  22. While there are many different experiences, it's not common for VAWA or abuse to come up during the N-400 naturalization interview. You will be fine. When is your interview, and in which state will it be? If you don't mind sharing, that is.
  23. I would take original with me. However printed would work.
  24. Yes take all the EAD and other proof with you. There are offices in NYC who can translate foreign language documents for you.
