  1. so do the FOIA request. This will give you all your documents. However, this would take 4 to 8 weeks.
  2. Let your attorney handle this. or do FOIA request to USCIS or call the court to get the information or call this number to see if you get any help. (800) 898-7180
  3. in addition to that. Once your VAWA is approved then your attorney needs to file motion to get out of court then USCIS will make decision on your i-485.
  4. so per my understanding did you send second i-485 with VAWA since the first i-485 was denied? If that's the case then you need to send EAD C09. The EAD c31 will not happen untill VAWA approved. Not sure when did you send the VAWA but it taking almost 3 years VAWA to approve. Let me know if that make sense to you.
  5. oh i see. Check the status of that i-485. It seems like they denied that i-485 and put you in removal. Hence, USCIS can not issue you AP.
  6. try putting your A# on this website to see if anything comes up. https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/
  7. yes send both together. send it to first address.
  8. no you do not need to put any note. I think now you have to pay the fees. New rule implemented 1st of april. Just double check on USCIS website.
  9. you can expedite if you fall one of the categories that USCIS listed. You do not need to fill out part five which is re entry permit.
  10. Just ignore the stamp on your passport. Your AP expired today and that's the correct date. Do not travel unless you get the new AP documents. AP/EAD are the simplest form to fill. Just do it your self. 3 years rule will apply.
  11. I think OP's main concern is EAD/AP. Dan it is surely long time to wait for EAD. What category did you or your employer put on EAD application when you filled it? did you put c09? If yes then at this point i would reach out to congress person for help.
  12. i agreed what Sandra said. Also reach out to senator if your congress person is not helpful.
  13. Contact your senator. You can also do FOIA request. FOIA would take 4 to 6 weeks.
  14. great. It depends how comfortable are you going there by yourself. Get a new copy of your medical once you receive the interview notice.
  15. you can hire a lawyer if you wish to have one. However, if i were you i schedule an appointment to field office to get the update on my i-485. I would hold on to medical for now since first one is wasted.
  16. Yes you need to file N-400. Usually USCIS will return entire file if there is a mistake specially out dated form submitted. They will send you a RFE if later they find the mistake.
  17. Yes it is approved. Still 2 more years to go before i am eligible to apply.
