    I have seen people approved within 60 days after sending RFE so i am very positive you will be approved before July 15.

    Why they rejected your form i-485 and others? When did you filled everything?

    it could take anywhere 6 months to 1 year. Check your local field office how long they are taking to approve form i-485.

    There are chances they might wave your interview. However, like i said it is up to you how comfortable you are. What you can do is talk to attorney let them know your situation and ask them if they can join you if you receive interview.

    It is not important to have attorney. However, it is up to you how comfortable you are without the attorney. Did you get the interview date?

    Not gonna argue. But personally they have done it for me and like i said i helped someone to expedite through congressperson 2 weeks ago. Congressperson requested additional documents because asked for it like doctor's letter and note.

    Congress person can help to expedite. I just helped someone expedite AP application through congress person 2 weeks ago and it got approved in a week.

    What do you mean documents? RFE? applications? It is taking 7 to 9 months for EAD/AP lately.

    if you do not get in 60 days then contact your congress person. I had same issue once and my congress person was able to get me the receipts.

    @Demisegot approved recently. go through demise's post you will get the clear picture. I think for demise it took 3 weeks in total if i am not wrong from interview to green card in hand.

    just wait some time to see if you receive that. Technically you should get it both together.

    I do not think there would be an interview. However, i have seen people approved in between 1 to 3 months. So give it some time before you panic. It is just a week they received your medical so give them some time.

    Yes those will work. You resend everything and make sure uscis receive those. Be on top of your work.

    I strongly believe it is not that complicated. Just send all the proofs and talk to old therapist. He/she should have all the information and let him know why you are here again. Yes these lawyers could mess you up big time.

    Yes right after 2 years and 9 months you can file for citizenship.

    I heard they do. However i have seen people drop off termination letter to uscis and got the result faster. If you have one then take to uscis my making a info pass appointment.

    It would be the same thing that you sent. Since you don't live with your partner so obviously there is no more abuse. But i highly doubt they would ask for that again.
