My appointment was really fast and easy. Took like 10 mins total. About provision for military spouse, not in this phase. There are provisions for naturalize phase. Walk-ins just for active-duty military members they said

Hey guys. So here's what happened.. We didn't got any biometrics appointment letter and we have been trying to get some information about military spouse walk-ins for 3 days now. Today finally I got to chance to speaking with a Tier 2 agent and it turned out I have an appointment tomorrow morning and I didn't get any notice and my USCIS website status never changed. Thanks God I called, I was gonna miss my appointment. I wanted to share with you too so calling them might be good to know what's going on with your case.

Yes, it is scary. I called 800 number twice yesterday and the day before and they told me to call between 8 am to 12 pm for a high chance to talk a Tier 2 officer.
Tier 2 officer sent an e-mail which includes my notice. It's the same with physical copy with barcodes and the form aka page 3. Print it and I'll be good to go.

Wow! this is scary. Thank god you called. Did you call the 800 number and ask for a Tier 2 officer or via chat?

I called USCIS to see when my biometrics appointment was schedule cause I've got a trip for the next two weeks.
It turned out that my appointment will take place on August 11th at Brooklyn Office. 
I will return from my trip two days earlier in order to go to the appointment. 
I'm exited! Hopefully we expect to receive the EAD/AP combo card before my birthday in October \O/

Yes they sent me the texts Sunday night 1 am lol. Fingers crossed for Sunday night.

Hi guys! finally recieved the NOA1 today in the mail! Gonna make copies to carry with me since my 90 days expired June 16th. 

You might wait couple days more. I got my messages next day after fireprinting.

Hey guys, so USCIS took the money from our bank on June 18th but we still didn't get an e-mail or a text. But since they got the money our case should be in the system right? We're not gonna get a rejection at least.. 🙄

No it is not required during the initial submission, most people including myself did not send in any pictures or proofs of marriage other than your marriage license as most people have little proof at the time they file, USCIS knows this. Most people bring all their proofs and other supporting documents to the interview.

We sent the AOS package today!! Now I'll wait for NOA1 and hope we'll get through this process with no RFE 🙏

The I-944 instructions state, “foreign education should include an evaluation of equivalency to education or degrees acquired at accredited colleges, universities, or educational institutions in the United States.” 
 
My interruption was anything listed in that section, which includes HS, would need to be evaluated so we paid to get his high school evaluated. I think it was like $100 and took like 4 weeks to get the official document. 
 
The $100 was worth it to us, even though it added an extra month to file. It was worth the piece of mind of an RFE and we figured they’ll probably come in use again in the future for university.

just send what you have transcripts for. I wouldn't pay extra money
