I never got to do the medical because they refuse to schedule it as they cant access my file. They do see it in their system though. This sucks. ☹️

So my case got expedited on the 17th of july. Had my interview today and went well, but im stuck in administrative processing in definitely ☹️.
 
The dutch doctor cant schedule it because they cant access my file, and the embassy gave me some short answer “we’re working on it”. It’s now been 2.5 weeks and still no fix for my glitched (?) file. No medical, no full expedite, no greencard.
 
anyone else had their file glitched? Who can i complain to about the dutch embassy? Department of state?

Yay, the embassy has accepted our case for expedite! I havent heard from the embassy yet regarding an appointment date. For those with an accepted expedite. How long after the accepted expedite did you get notified by the embassy? Or did you end up calling/emailing the embassy yourself?

NVC forwarded our expedite to the embassy on the 1st of July and still haven’t received an e-mail with a decision ☹️

Interview went well. My wife said it was very quick. She will be flying to the US on Thursday. 

I believe you still sent it to NVC and they forward it to the correct embassy. Enrolling in school is a legitimate reason to expedite so i’d say go for it!

The Embassy is currently processing immigrant visa cases for the spouses and children of U.S. Citizens (visa classes IR-1, CR-1, IR-2, and CR-2) only.  We can only process children of U.S. citizens if they are currently under the age of 21.  We are in the process of contacting those applicants whose original visa appointments were cancelled and who are now eligible for processing.  With the exception of certain emergencies, the Embassy is not currently processing any other classes of immigrant and diversity visas.  Please consult our Frequently Asked Questions regarding rescheduling of appointments and the applicability of exceptions for certain travelers, as well as how these restrictions impact citizens of Belarus.  Please see our nonimmigrant visa page for information relating to tourist/business (category B1/B2) visas, student visas (categories F and M), exchange visas (category J) and work visas (categories H, L, O, P and R).

Well, the past week has been a whirlwind, but I wanted to update you guys in case anyone finds the info helpful.
 
After requesting an expedite from NVC (for the second time!), it was approved rather than saying the embassy wasn't dealing with visas right now, etc etc. A day after approval (or two, maybe, my brain's a-fuzz right now), London called me and got me in this morning for my interview. I have a 221G as my medical isn't until tomorrow morning, woops, but other than that, I'm good to go!
 
From what I gathered from the people I spoke to, London are now allowed to do interviews on Tuesday mornings ONLY, so some interviews are still happening.
 
I'm off to collapse and dread my medical, the worst part for me, but almost done!
 
I also do not have a courier to get my passport back to me because the website won't let me register and no one at the embassy could help me, I have no idea how I'm sorting that one out lol!
